Lovely cottage in a great location.

  • 4 of 5

We had a very relaxing break with our kids. The cottage is very cosy, well equipped and clean with lovely views and very quiet, located in the best location as is just a short walk to a very nice and sandy beach, close to the towns and the Dartmoor National park. Lots things to do with the kids. Andy the owner was very friendly and easy to contact, always there to help.

Although the instructions to get to the cotagge were clear a picture of the entrance will be useful.

We definitely will come back and recommend it.

Really cosy, welcoming cottage. Perfect for our needs.

  • 4 of 5

Only small gripes, kettle tiny, too few mugs, and no tea pot! Odd fridge that needed its door kept shut by the sofa. A sign saying Inkwell Cottage this way on the drive would be very useful. Otherwise splendid!

Lovely Location

We had a pleasant stay at Inkwell Cottage. The location is lovely with beautiful views and a short walk from the sea with wonderful coastal walks. The cottage is cosy, clean and well equipped. The beds are comfortable.

Comfortable cottage in a beautiful location.

  • 4 of 5

Family-friendly cottage. The owner was friendly, helpful and easy to contact with any queries. The children loved the Beatrix Potter themed room, which is also at a perfect height to do some bat watching at dusk, that was something special for our city kids. We appreciated the wifi as there was no mobile phone signal (but that's a bonus if you want to get away from it all). The location and surrounding areas are so beautiful and we enjoyed visiting some of the lovely little towns and sandy beaches nearby - Hope Cove, Salcombe and Thurlestone Rock. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cute, cosy cottage!

  • 4 of 5

Last minute booking which was very successful. Little difficult to find, tucked off the road, mid-terrace but perfect for the quiet, relaxing weekend we had planned! Roaring fire was great!
