Apartment in Puerto Pollensa, Mallorca, Balearic Islands - This Stylishly Apartment Is Only 150m From One Of The Loveliest Bays In The Med

The apartment is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment close to the lovely Pine Walk area of Puerto Pollensa and the famous Hotel Illa D'or. As well as its own enclosed south facing private garden the development has communal gardens and a super 3 tier swimming pool (with children's section). There is a deli/mini market at the front of the development where fresh bread, croissants, coffee etc is served daily. The apartment has air-conditioning throughout as well as satellite TV and a DVD player. Many guests return year after year and often comment that the apartment has the very best location on the stunning Sangrila complex.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Apartment was in a perfect location in Bellesregard area. Its right at the front of the development so its 2 minutes walk from the shop/café which was really useful. It had a good sized garden which got the sun in the afternoon, lovely (though very hot!) sitting in the loungers in the sun(there was a shaded area with a table). The apartment itself was a good size and equipped with everything we needed.

The pool was literally outside the gate so we could watch the kids messing around through the gate while sitting in the garden. The pool had these mini slides which the kids (6 and 8) rode down on their inflatable crocodile endlessly.

It was about 5 mins walk to the pine walk beach where there were loungers to rent, its fairly narrow but not too crowded so perfect for the kids. It was an nice 10 minute walk to town along pine walk to all the restaurants.

We are booking to go back next year!

We have spent many years travelling all over Mallorca and have visited most of the popular holiday resorts. We feel that Puerto Pollensa offers the best balance of tourist facilities and traditional/local charm. The "low - rise" development of the resort is a unique point in Majorca and the large wide beach from the port to Llenaire is fantastic offering plenty of space for all, even in the height of the summer. Puerto Pollensa also affords easy access to the stunning Tramuntana Mountains, Cap Formentor, and the traditional and picturesque Pollensa Town.

Activity and Interests


The Famous Pine Walk and its beautiful beach is a mere 100 metres away.


Palma airport is a 45/50 minute drive.


The apartment is in the resort of Puerto Pollensa and leisurely 15/20 minute walk to the square and less than a ten minute drive to Old Town Pollensa.

From the Owner

We spend most of our day in or around the large swimming pool which provides a good degree of privacy and is large enough to have lots of fun although the beach is but a mere 100m away. The large covered terrace provides a welcome break from the sun and doubles as an alfresco dining room. In the early evening we enjoy a drink on the terrace before heading into town to frequent one of the many fantastic restaurants available in Puerto Pollenca.
