One bedroom and two bedroom south facing apartments with private terraces/balconies located in a peaceful location in Matagorda.

All apartments are equipped with a washing machine, and most have an oven. Some also have wifi (available at a surcharge, please ask for price when enquirying)

There is a large communal swimming pool and a separate children's pool. The apartments will appeal to couples or families. The beach, shops, bars and restaurants are all within a short, flat stroll.

We enjoyed a week in february in this nice appartment in Matagorda.

The rooms were clean on arrival and we found everything as described on homeaways site.

The agreement and all information up front went smoothly.

The area is very nice and appealing. We went out in the evenings and found many nice restaurants in the area. the balcony was sunny and with a nice view over the complex and with the sea in the distance.

We would recommens to a very reasonable Price.

The Club Valena apartment complex is comprised of 53 south facing apartments spread over two levels. As I have contact with a few owners on the complex, I am able to offer ground floor or top floor apartments subject to availability. The photos shown on this site are indicative of the standard of all the apartments within the complex. We email you photos of the exact apartment you will be staying in before confirming the booking with you. Please note that the reception door is open from 9am to 9pm. There are leaflets and information on local amenities/services provided on the counter in the reception area. We will provide you with emergency contact numbers in case of any maintenance issues during your stay. The pool bar is no longer open. Other booking websites may still show these amenities as available, but they do not and have not taken bookings for this complex since private owners bought the apartments back in 2007.

Lovely complex

A lovely quiet complex. Apartment was very well equipped and very clean. Booking was very easy and arranging access was simple.

Vicky was very helpful. We will definitely be returning.

Excellent stay

The apartment was lovely and cosy. Vicky was really helpful when booking giving us a quick responds to emails and phone calls. The views were lovely and the pool was nice for my 7 years old boy. Would recommend it and will return again.

Schönes, sauberes Apartment in guter Lage

Das Apartment liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage nur 5 Autominuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Die Flugzeuge konnte man ein wenig hören, haben aber nicht wirklich gestört. Die Wohnung selbst ist großzügig geschnitten und gut ausgestattet, eine Kaffeemaschine und ein Schneidebrett (für Gemüse etc.) wären nett gewesen. Die Poolanlage war ebenfalls sauber und ansprechend. Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars finden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung, ins Zentrum von PdC läuft man eine gute halbe Stunde, aber die Taxifahrt kostet auch nur 5€.

Buchung und Anreise waren sehr unkompliziert und Vicky ein wundervoller Ansprechpartner, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Für den günstigen Preis kann man diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

basic but very clean

Just spent 4 weeks in apartment 51. The apartment is very basic but very clean the complex is a bit tired. Oscar who looks after the apartment is extremely helpful. Would go back.

Fantastic apartment

Clean apartment. Lovely sunny private balcony with great views. Had everything we needed. Had a problem working telly. Rang maintenance man and was with us within 15 minutes and fixed it. Big pool, even though it was quite busy had enough beds to go round. Walk down to the front is not far. Couldn't fault the apartment at all. Vicky was very helpful from the moment we made our booking and sent a detailed map and information. Our cleaner was a lovely lady. We had a lovely Spanish/English conversation and she was very thorough. We come to matagorda two or three times a year and will be using this apartment again when our regular beach front bungalow is unavailable.

Car: not necessary

The beach at Matagorda is about a 5 minute walk. There is a coastal walk where you can walk/bike ride all the way to Arrecife in one direction or to the Old Town of Puerto del Carmen in the other direction.

Arrecife airport is approximately a 5 -10 minutes from the complex. Taxis are readily available outside the airport and will cost approximately 10 Euros. Car hire is not essential but if you want to explore the rest of the island is highly recommended.

The apartments are about 3 kilometres from the lively centre of Puerto del Carmen. A Spar supermarket, shops, bars, restaurants and car hire companies are all within a 10 minute walk.

The Matagorda area offers you peace and tranquility, yet is within reach of the centre of Puerto del Carmen which has a friendly atmosphere, vibrant nightlife and a superb beach. There is a wide choice of shopping, eating and drinking establishments. There are shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance.
