Lovely lodge, very clean, extremely well-appointed. TVs in every room, wi fi good. Better accommidation than many quality hotels. We came to Louth to get to know the Lincolnshire coast and countryside better. Very grateful to our hosts. We shall return to the area again!

Perfect

When we arrived at Byford lodge it looked exactly as in the photographs and it has a keypad entry which we really appreciated so no worries regarding taking keys everywhere . We loved being easy walking distance to Louth town centre and Byford Lodge is an ideal base for exploring the area . The accommodation itself was very comfortable and private even though it sits next to the owners property. I have to admit we didn’t use the cooking facilities ! But everything was there for those who can resist the temptation of the great restaurants and pubs in Louth and surrounding areas. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious and the beds comfortable. My only gripe is I would have preferred a shower in my bathroom not a bath but you can’t have everything ! The added bonus of our own totally private garden space was great. Parking at the property was very easy once I had negotiated my huge hire car through the driveway entrance ! Many thanks to Josie, Ian and Fran for making our stay so comfortable!

Beautiful Hideaway

Super property. Welcomed by friendly host who made us feel very welcome on arrival and for the rest of the week.They we’re always ready to engage with us and made us feel really at home. It is Well furnished with interesting furniture and fabrics. There is everything that you need for a self catering holiday. If you prefer to eat out there is an array of cafes, pubs, restaurant’s and bars within easy walking distance of the property. Located in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty there is plenty to do locally and further afield. Lincoln Cathedral is a must to see if you haven’t already seen it.

What a lovely place to stay...clean, well equipped relaxing and everything done to the highest spec. Perfect location close to town, so it's walkable to restaurants and shops, really happy to find this rental... Briefly met the owner who was really friendly without being intrusive...fab break in a wonderful home from home lodge

Lovely Stay
