Situated on this well maintained complex this 1 bedroom apartment is well located on the main Avenida in Puerto del Carmen for all the local amenities. There is English satellite TV including BBC & ,ITV. On the complex there is a fantastic pool area within well maintained gardens with sun loungers solely for the apartments use. Centrally located for beaches shops restaurants and nightlife. 2 minutes by car to new golf course.

Being on the main Avenida and just across the road from the main beach in PDC with lots of water sports available.


Arrecife is the main and only airport on the island, and is approximately 10-15 minutes from the apartment. Taxis are readily available outside the airport and will cost roughly 12-15 euro to the apartment. Car hire is available from the airport,


All tourist attractions on the island are within half an hour's drive of the apartment. Car hire is very reasonably priced.

Further Details:

There are lots of supermarkets e.g. Spar, Supermercado, beside your accommodation which stock food items from the UK and Ireland. Banks are all very close and the cash machines accept most cards. Banks are open from about 8.30am until 2pm Monday to Saturday. You can get sterling changed to euros in any of the numerous tobacco shops which offer a better rate than even the banks at home.

Notes on accommodation: There is a small hidden safe available for use at no extra cost. However if key is lost, a small fee will be imposed to replace it. Outside: This complex is a very well maintained, with mature palm trees and flower beds throughout. Pool is shared with a shallow end for infants and extremely well maintained. Sun loungers are available for the sole use of the apartment, these are locked & numbered for your convenience. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are supplied and changed each week. Beach/pool towels supplied at no extra cost.

Clean, comfortable and very well equipped

Very pleased with apartment, everything we needed was there although we did mention to Dean's wife that the oven did not appear to be working. The hob was ok but as we didn't use either it was no problem to us. I only mentioned it in case future holiday makers required it. Everywhere was very clean and apartment was ideally situated right on the 'strip'.

A really lovely apartment ,close to all the shops :-)

Had a fab week here , really enjoyed staying at this apartment , although we couldn't find the beach towels that were provided ? So we had to go and buy some,.. Nice size freezer to put the bottles of water in , the extractor light/fan was broken above the cooker ,so couldn't use the 'cosy light' of a night, beds were very comfy, my daughter & myself slept very well ..and the ceiling fan was an added bonus in both the bedroom & lounge .. Very close to all the shops ,restaurants, entertainment, but NOT noisy, the best bit was we were only across the road from the beach ,which we loved and spend most days there :-) . can't wait to return to beautiful Lanzarote , Thank you for letting us stay at apartment D15 ...

Just back after two weeks in this apartment absolutely loved it.we have stayed on this complex before in a different one.Love it here so handy to everything,Apartment was spotless,has everything you need to cook a meal if you get fed up eating out.lol.Complex is clean , quiet , and everyone is very friendly.Will definitely be booking again.Thank you to Dean for arranging for us to stay a bit later as we had a late flight home.would definitely recommend this apartment.👌.5 stars in my opinion

Ideal Location

Very accurate as photographed. Nice and clean. Slight odour from bathroom shower but not always. No wifi or air conditioning but ceilings fans and a plug in air cooling unit available. We kept our bedroom window open on the latch for a nice constant breeze. Beds are comfortable but not long enough, my husband is 6ft. Excellent location to restaurants, bars and the beach! Pool was nice, a good size and not too cold. Sun loungers very UNcomfortable and both cracked all the way down through. There was a cushion but only 1 and very thin so we didn't mind paying the €12 for 2 loungers and an umbrella on the beach - it was nice to be comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our time here and would go back.

Really lovely, fantastically clean,home from home

We were very pleased with the location and the complex of this apartment D15. Seaviews, sunny balcony, and a very comfortable place to stay. Comfortable beds (which is great ) a well equipped kitchen, and washing machine make this a great place for a two week holiday. the location to the front is a short walk with all the bars and restaurants PDC has to offer. we are beach lovers so the proximity to the lovely sandy wide beach (Just over the road) was idyllic. the bus stops for a trip arounf the south coast are easy walking distance and very easy to use and very cheap. Costa Tequise trip fro example 1 hour trip E2.80 each way. Amazing. Dean and Gillian who maintain this apartment certainly do a fabulous job, with meticulous cleanliness and changes of towels sheets etc.

Would thoroughly recommend staying on this complex Los Tabaibas and this apartment.

Well located apartment

The apartment was perfect for a holiday stay with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge as per the description. We enjoyed the location being just across the promenade from the main beach. Very close to multitude of bars, restaurants and walking distance to shopping centre, yet not too noisy to disturb your sleep. Pool area nice although pool unheated so pretty bracing.
