Notes on accommodation: There is a small hidden safe available for use at no extra cost. However if key is lost, a small fee will be imposed to replace it. Outside: This complex is a very well maintained, with mature palm trees and flower beds throughout. Pool is shared with a shallow end for infants and extremely well maintained. Sun loungers are available for the sole use of the apartment, these are locked & numbered for your convenience. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are supplied and changed each week. Beach/pool towels supplied at no extra cost.

Clean, comfortable and very well equipped

Very pleased with apartment, everything we needed was there although we did mention to Dean's wife that the oven did not appear to be working. The hob was ok but as we didn't use either it was no problem to us. I only mentioned it in case future holiday makers required it. Everywhere was very clean and apartment was ideally situated right on the 'strip'.

Overall apartment was excellent despite bieng a bit tired. Furniture on balcony needs replaced.

We had an excellent time. Apartment well located. Only down side was we could not find any sun loungers around pool area with our apartment number on so went to beach and paid. Kettle needs replaced as it leaks.

Very clean and tidy, great location

When we arrived at the apartment we were very impressed, at how clean, tidy and spacious it was. The location was excellent, close to all amenities. And just 5 minutes walk to the beach and bars.

Would thoughaly recommend the apartment to my friends and family.

A value-for-money clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment in a great location

A clean, comfortable and well equipped first-floor apartment with great sea views from the capacious front balcony. Although the apartment is just 1 minute stroll to the main beach and a host of bars and restaurants it was surprisingly quiet and restful, especially the bedroom which faced the centre of the well-tended peaceful complex.

When we arrived we were delighted to find that the good quality TV received loads of UK channels (all the BBC's, ITV's etc) which in our experience was something of a novelty in rented property in Lanzarote. Unfortunately, however, the signal was intermittent so we spent half of our TV watching time watching our favourite programmes and the other half gazing at a 'no or bad signal' error message.

The apartment had a good oven and 4 ring hob together with a good range of pots and pans so we had everything we needed to prepare our own meals when we didn't feel like eating out.

The complex was beautifully laid out with a very attractive unheated pool that struck a bit cold when you first entered the water but was a really nice refreshing temperature once you were used to it. We could have done with some information in the apartment about the 'rules' regarding the sunbeds around the pool as there was a 'sunbed key' in the apartment which presumably meant there were sunbeds belonging to the apartment that you unlocked when you wanted to use them and locked up again when you were finished?

All in all, however, any issues were minor. This is a super place to spend a holiday right in the centre of Puerto Del Carmen and great value for money. We would highly recommend it.

A really lovely apartment ,close to all the shops :-)

Had a fab week here , really enjoyed staying at this apartment , although we couldn't find the beach towels that were provided ? So we had to go and buy some,.. Nice size freezer to put the bottles of water in , the extractor light/fan was broken above the cooker ,so couldn't use the 'cosy light' of a night, beds were very comfy, my daughter & myself slept very well ..and the ceiling fan was an added bonus in both the bedroom & lounge .. Very close to all the shops ,restaurants, entertainment, but NOT noisy, the best bit was we were only across the road from the beach ,which we loved and spend most days there :-) . can't wait to return to beautiful Lanzarote , Thank you for letting us stay at apartment D15 ...

Just back after two weeks in this apartment absolutely loved it.we have stayed on this complex before in a different one.Love it here so handy to everything,Apartment was spotless,has everything you need to cook a meal if you get fed up eating out.lol.Complex is clean , quiet , and everyone is very friendly.Will definitely be booking again.Thank you to Dean for arranging for us to stay a bit later as we had a late flight home.would definitely recommend this apartment.👌.5 stars in my opinion

Car: necessary


Being on the main Avenida and just across the road from the main beach in PDC with lots of water sports available.


Arrecife is the main and only airport on the island, and is approximately 10-15 minutes from the apartment. Taxis are readily available outside the airport and will cost roughly 12-15 euro to the apartment. Car hire is available from the airport,


All tourist attractions on the island are within half an hour's drive of the apartment. Car hire is very reasonably priced.

Further Details:

There are lots of supermarkets e.g. Spar, Supermercado, beside your accommodation which stock food items from the UK and Ireland. Banks are all very close and the cash machines accept most cards. Banks are open from about 8.30am until 2pm Monday to Saturday. You can get sterling changed to euros in any of the numerous tobacco shops which offer a better rate than even the banks at home.
