The property lies within the North Cornwall designated area of outstanding natural beauty with easy access to the nearby coastal path. Nearby Widemouth bay and Crackington Haven beaches are all patrolled by RNLI lifeguards on a seasonal basis and provide excellent access to water-sport activities such as surfing, windsurfing, coasteering or canoeing.

30% deposit is required in order to reserve the booking and the balance, together with a £300 security deposit, is required 6 weeks before the commencement of the holiday.

Payment normally by bank transfer, payable to Mr P Noyon ,the security deposit being returned within 10 days following the holiday subject to property being returned in a good condition.

Our changeover day is Saturday. Out of peak season this maybe flexible and we sometimes can accommodate short breaks. Please contact us for details.
