Ameria House is an elegant Victorian townhouse with many original features including an open fire to warm up a cold winters night. Armeria House lends itself perfectly as a spacious holiday house with four double bedrooms and two twin rooms spread over three floors. Each individual room is en-suite with its own TV/DVD player , there is also an additional T.V/ games den perfect for children. The living room is well stocked with games and books to enjoy by the fire. The kitchen is well-equipped with two ovens and a large 6 ring hob, two sinks, fridge/freezer and the very handy warming oven. The kitchen is open plan with a breakfast seating area and a serving hatch to the main dining room. At the rear of the house you can find the utility room with a washing machine and dryer and lots of drying space for the swimming costumes! There is also a small back yard where surf boards and bikes can be stored.

Wonderfully large property, extremely well equipped and in great location.,

The property was lovely and clean when we arrived. 10 of us stayed in this property and certainly had plenty of space to move around in and relax with two lounges. All ensuite bedrooms and two extra toilets downstairs. The property was really well equipped with kitchen equipment, TVs, two washing machines, dryer, DVDs and games. The property is brilliantly situated about 5 minutes walk to the sea and 5 minutes to the shops. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends and relatives and stay in it again myself.

I had to phone Madeleine when I arrived about one of the bedrooms being locked and she was extremely helpful.

The key holder in front of the house was a great asset with 10 of us staying there so no need for hundreds of sets of keys.

We visited loads of our old haunts including Botallack and St Ives but all fell in love with Kynance Cove which we haven't visited for years.

Madeleine had explained the parking problems in the road but it wasn't really a hassle as we just parked in the car park which was 3 minutes walk from the house.

Wonderful property and lovely owner

The house is a great location for the shops etc and surrounding areas.

The owner was brilliant - nothing too much trouble and very accommodating.

The house itself is fantastic for a large group - it is spacious, clean and well equipped. We would highly recommend this.

There is no garden, only a very small outside courtyard. This wasn't a problem as there is a park right behind the house and the beach is in walking distance.

Beautiful furnished and ideally located large town house

We enjoyed a family holiday for 12 in Armeria house. Our party included teenagers, young adults, one happy whippet dog and more mature adults. Each one of us appreciated the central location, the proximity to the beautiful gardens and the sea front. We parked 4 cars without difficulty over a bank holiday period, but had no need to use them whilst in Penzance itself.

I would return again to this house with a large party and have no hesitation in recommending it others: indeed, I have already done so to friends. I would also add that the rental price is fully justified given the spaciousness, cleanliness, comfort and en suite facilities of each bedroom. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped for a large party, including 2 ovens and more than one set of hobs, making it easy for two or more people to be preparing food.

"Beautiful house

Armeria House is stunning, huge & immaculately clean! It was absolutely perfect for our stay and a perfect base to explore Cornwall. The house catered for our needs, the ensuite bathrooms making it perfect for a large group. The house is fully equipped with all modern appliances and everything you could possibly need. The car parking was easy with a huge car park just a 2 minute walk away and was so cheap! Penlee Park is a lovely park, again 2 minutes away which we took our two dogs for a walk each morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house and would love to return in the future.

Comfortable, spacious & well equipped.

Wonderfully comfortable stay. Plenty of space for all from toddler to Grannie. Well equipped, clean & comfortable. Great location in a lovely part of Cornwall.
