What more could be said about this perfectly located quiet frontline apartment block. Although built in the heart of the Rincon de Loix, Benidorm, it is peaceful enough to sit on the front balcony and watch the world go by. Benidorm's famous Levante beach, for that all important sunbathing, is just 30m from the blocks entrance doors, for those who like the late nights and disco dancing Benidorms night life is only 2 streets back leaving the normal holiday atmosphere with restaurants and bars right on your doorstep. Two of our apartments are on the second floor and one 3 bedroom apartment is on the fourth floor.

A returnable security bond of 200 Euros is required.

Small gardens separate the street pavement from the apartment block entrance doors, giving that feeling of private property. Great apartment & location

But we had lots of problems with the gas and hot water . We had a lot of cold showers . Ok in Summer not Feb . Bob Made us very welcome and did attend to help fix the problem.

Fantastic location just off the sea front.

This is a large apartment, rooms are bright and airy. Great having two bathrooms so we didn't have to share with our 2 boys. Ali was brilliant, told us all we needed to know about Benidorm. You feel right in the heart of it but up a quiet street just off the sea front. There is a great restaurant just opposite, Happy Fish, shame we only tried it on our last night. Would recommend this apartment and would definitely go back.

Lovely apartment, a stones throw from the beach

Arrived on Monday 3rd October and was met by Ali as agreed. Apartment has everything you could ask for to make your stay perfect.

Four of us shared the 3 bedroom apartment and this worked out fab, especially when there is a snorer in the group !!!

Nothing better than being able to have tapas and Bacardi and coke on the balcony in the afternoons and breakfast and Buck's Fizz for breakfast.

The beach is literally a stones throw away and we walked to it with no shoes on the first night to see the sun setting. It is then a two minute walk to the nightlife in the opposite direction, which is just far enough away not to hear anything at night.

Will definitely be back, home from home apartment

Great place to stay!

We visit benidorm every year and this apt beats them all. It has an excellent location, lots of space, sky tv, wifi, parking, sea view, ac/heating, big kitchen.

We were shown in personally by alistair instead having a nightmare looking for keys and the right door as with other places weve stayed.

Cant wait to come back.
