What more could be said about this perfectly located quiet frontline apartment block. Although built in the heart of the Rincon de Loix, Benidorm, it is peaceful enough to sit on the front balcony and watch the world go by. Benidorm's famous Levante beach, for that all important sunbathing, is just 30m from the blocks entrance doors, for those who like the late nights and disco dancing Benidorms night life is only 2 streets back leaving the normal holiday atmosphere with restaurants and bars right on your doorstep. Three of our apartments are on the second floor and one 3 bedroom apartment is on the fourth floor.

This large apartment has 2 bedrooms. Still having 2 bathrooms it can easily cater for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for those who like home cooking, complete with fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle for the morning brew. The rear bedroom has its own balcony to soak up the early morning sun. It shares the same views from the front balcony are as our other apartments.

Safe area for 2 teenage girls

We had two 13 year old girls with us and felt more than happy for them to walk to the supermarket and beach without us (which they loved!!) Great clean apartment, well priced and superbly located. Owner is very helpful and did our Ryanair check in for us, printing tickets out which we'd been worrying about how we'd manage this!! Would absolutely book here again!!

Great Location

Apartment was large, well maintained, comfortable and clean. Good facilities and all the equipment we wanted. Weather was good but being March temperature dropped at night. No problem - extra blankets and heaters provided. Alistair met us on arrival, we were late due to transport delays. Again no problem, he waited until quite late for us. He was most kind and helpful at all times, We would definitely recommend Alistair's Company for accommodation and customer service.

Fab location

Met by Ali on arrival, the apartment was very clean and had everything needed for our holiday..Lovely side view from the balcony...Ali and his wife are very helpful and friendly...The Sambuca restaurant is worth a visit, friendly staff and very good food with fresh vegetables...we will definitely return to these apartments.

Everything you need

I stayed here Mid-March with my son and two of my friends and the apartment had everything we needed. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms,a large kitchen and a very comfortable living area. The best thing for anybody who stays in these apartments is the proximity of the beach. Basically walk out of your apartment block, turn left and within seconds you are on the beach. It is ideally located for the nightlife etc, but is out of earshot of all the noise associated with it.

We picked the keys up from Ali when we arrived and he was there again to return our deposit and give everything the once over.

I would imagine in summer this place is even better as there is balcony where you can sit and watch the world go by. Our problem was it was mid-March and the sun didn't really show much of itself and it could be a little cool.

We visit Benidorm every March to catch up with friends and family and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

superb apartment

this apartment was more than me and my family could have wished for great location fantastic view over the levante beach from the balcony only minutes from the shops and the bars on the strip the living room was large and spacious the kitchen had all the utensils you needed the bedrooms were comfy what more could we ask for oh before i forget a bottle of water and a carton of milk were also provided for us on our arrival we cant thank alister enough for the way he looked after us during our stay he popped in once a week to make sure everything was ok and we had a great holiday i can highly recommend ali and his company to anyone i know we will be booking with them again so once again we would like to thank you for your hospitality and a great holiday from all my family

Benidorm's Levante beach is just a few metres walk from the apartment block, Benidorm's Poniente beach and La Cala beach are a short drive or bus ride away, for those who like to explore the adjoining villages of Albir, Altea (pebble beaches) and Calpe, local bus services are running daily to these "must see" other areas of the coast line.


Alicante International airport is located at 67km (59km motorway driving) Valencia airport is 150km (133km on motorway).

Car hire is not essential as everything is within walking distance, the bus service into the centre of Benidorm runs regular and taxis are a whistle away.

Car hire is recommended for those who like to explore and visit all the beautiful surrounding areas.


Albir 9km away, is the next coastal village travelling north with it distinctive pebble beach. Altea follows famous for its old Spanish streets leading up to the church. Calpe is a further 22km north. Inland takes you to the villages of Alfaz Del Pi, La Nucia, Polop and Callosa D'Ensarria. Further inland takes you to "Guadalest" and "Fonts D'Algar" 2 very popular sight seeing places to visit. Further north, Valencia city is 160kms away. Travelling south, Alicante city is 46kms away.

Further Details:

Benidorm boasts its beaches but it can also boast its theme parks, Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Mundo Mar to name just a few. For that special night out, Benidorm Palace is the place to visit. If you like boating then maybe you fancy having lunch on Benidorm Island using their regular shuttle service to and fro, or even travelling as far as Calpe and Alicante on a day excursion.

For the hard core shoppers, Benidorm has two regular open air markets to visit for that holiday bargain and if thats not enough then each adjoining village has its own outdoor market on different days of the week.
