What more could be said about this perfectly located quiet frontline apartment block. Although built in the heart of the Rincon de Loix, Benidorm, it is peaceful enough to sit on the front balcony and watch the world go by. Benidorm's famous Levante beach, for that all important sunbathing, is just 30m from the blocks entrance doors, for those who like the late nights and disco dancing Benidorms night life is only 2 streets back leaving the normal holiday atmosphere with restaurants and bars right on your doorstep. Three of our apartments are on the second floor and one 3 bedroom apartment is on the fourth floor.

Sky Satellite TV and Spanish digital television is provided.

just arrived home stayed in this apartment for 8 nights its in a great location in the middle of the levanter beach although its in a side street you have 2 balcony's both with sea views the apartment is very spacious and is equipped with everything you need great bars and restaurants within walking distance and beach outside front door would suit all ages Ali the owner is one of the nicest blokes you could wish to meet and goes out his way to help would I stay there again yes have already booked for jan 2016 and will be using these apartments for every visit to benidorm

Brilliant location, would suit all ages!

I stayed in this property for 8 nights.

It was my first time in Benidorm and I was travelling with varied age group (12 years right up to 76 years)

This apartment ticked all the boxes for me! It was well equipped - full kitchen (inc washing machine) tv & a lovely enclosed balcony. It was 2 minutes walk from the beach, restaurants & bars but never noisy as it was streets away from the louder bars.

I would highly recommend this for any age group :)

Great Stay

Another year spent in Benidorm and another stay in one of Alistair's apartments. Great accommodation and very clean. This apartment is next to the beach and not far away from all the bars and restaurants. Not noisy at all. If you want a great stay in Benidorm then use this apartment. It has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Plenty of room for up to 6 people. If this apartment is not free when you want it then email Ali and he will send you details of all his other apartments - he has quite a few - I would recommend a stay in his penthouse near the beach.

Perfect get away with all added extras

Perfect..... First time we have ever been to alicante/benidorm

Spent my time finding the right place to stay....

Owners ali...Sharon really great!

Explained the necessaries

Appartment was clean....all you needed and more..... Perfect space for 6 or more but there was only 3 of us.

Plenty of hot.water....milk in fridge to start us off.... Us brits need that brew when.we.arrive

Even considering booking next year

Location of appartment was absolutely perfect right.next to the beach.... No.noise what so.ever....... Right near all shops and there are lots! Brilliant market! And old town is just a 15 minute walk away.... Walking along the beach makes a better route! Beach cleaned every evening! Just make sure your not on.it between 11pm -7am else your.in.trouble not that you would be as the night life if you want to it is right up the street! Plenty of Spanish bars along with many English and I would say cheaper than other parts of Spain I frequent. Too

Benidorm's Levante beach is just a few metres walk from the apartment block, Benidorm's Poniente beach and La Cala beach are a short drive or bus ride away, for those who like to explore the adjoining villages of Albir, Altea (pebble beaches) and Calpe, local bus services are running daily to these "must see" other areas of the coast line.


Alicante International airport is located at 67km (59km motorway driving) Valencia airport is 150km (133km on motorway).

Car hire is not essential as everything is within walking distance, the bus service into the centre of Benidorm runs regular and taxis are a whistle away.

Car hire is recommended for those who like to explore and visit all the beautiful surrounding areas.


Albir 9km away, is the next coastal village travelling north with it distinctive pebble beach. Altea follows famous for its old Spanish streets leading up to the church. Calpe is a further 22km north. Inland takes you to the villages of Alfaz Del Pi, La Nucia, Polop and Callosa D'Ensarria. Further inland takes you to "Guadalest" and "Fonts D'Algar" 2 very popular sight seeing places to visit. Further north, Valencia city is 160kms away. Travelling south, Alicante city is 46kms away.

Further Details:

Benidorm boasts its beaches but it can also boast its theme parks, Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Mundo Mar to name just a few. For that special night out, Benidorm Palace is the place to visit. If you like boating then maybe you fancy having lunch on Benidorm Island using their regular shuttle service to and fro, or even travelling as far as Calpe and Alicante on a day excursion.

For the hard core shoppers, Benidorm has two regular open air markets to visit for that holiday bargain and if thats not enough then each adjoining village has its own outdoor market on different days of the week.
