What more could be said about this perfectly located quiet frontline apartment block. Although built in the heart of the Rincon de Loix, Benidorm, it is peaceful enough to sit on the front balcony and watch the world go by. Benidorm's famous Levante beach, for that all important sunbathing, is just 30m from the blocks entrance doors, for those who like the late nights and disco dancing Benidorms night life is only 2 streets back leaving the normal holiday atmosphere with restaurants and bars right on your doorstep. Three of our apartments are on the second floor and one 3 bedroom apartment is on the fourth floor.

This being are third visit to the apartment we new what to expect. Fantastic location couldn't be better close to the centre and a stone throw from the sea front and also providing a terrific sea view from terrace. Facilities could not be any more accurate as explained on the Web site. Apartment was very clean & well maintained. We arrived by Taxi Direct from Alicante airport which was a brilliant service, the driver was unsure where the apartment was so after giving him directions we arrived safe and sound. Having phoned Ali & Shaz before we left the airport to let them know were leaving they were waiting patiently to greet us. Ali & Shaz provide a great service and nothing is to much trouble day or night, I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and any others in their portfolio.

The apartment was 100% first class and would recommend it to anyone.
Everything you needed was there and the bedrooms were a good size.

Ali greeted us 5 women with a box of milk to make a cuppa as we had a 2 hour delay taking off....
Nothing was to much trouble for him. He answered any questions we had, and told us where to eat, and it was well worth the money, they were big portions to. Not worth using the cooker.
The beach, which we could see from our window was a very short walk, lovely and clean,
Shops on front for any drinks and food. Lots and lots of shop's with good prices, handbags galore plus shoes,,,,
A really great place to stay for all ages.
Even though we were near bars, there was no noise or any trouble, a very safe place to be.
Would defiantly return to same place to stay.
A brilliant apartment
Overall the stay was the best we could of asked for - the owners were wonderful and very helpful - the location was perfect and only a couple of minutes walk from the bars!
The weather could of been better but what do you expect Mid april!
The only downside to this was the shower curtains were quite grubby at the bottoms and the cubicals were very small, would of been ideal to have a glass door instead of curtains.
The shower head only sprayed to the sides meaning we had to hold it when we showered.
And the lack of wi-fi was an issue, as a family who is reliant on wi-fi sitting on the balcony to use the bar over the road or actually leaving to find a bar was a struggle.
I strongly recommend people to stay here as it is a lovely apartment! I will be looking into coming again next year, especially the newly refurbished one!
This apartment is in a perfect location to see all of Benidorm without being on top of the bars and clubs etc. Less than a minute and you're on the beach. Walk 2-3 mins in the opposite direction and you will hit as many shops, bars and restaurants as anyone could need. Ali couldn't have done more for us, especially when our flight was cancelled meaning we needed another 3 nights in one of his apartments!! Highly recommended
The Best Apts in Benadorm
My two sisters ,niece ,sister in law, and best friend,took these apartments 2 years running,The rooms are very spacious,and we were seconds from the beach,shops and entertainment are 2 mins away,The owners are Allie and Sharon,two of the nicest people you could meet,they couldn't do enough for us,there was water tbags coffee milk and biscuits waiting for us on arrival.We loved it so much we have booked our third year for June.Thanks Again guys for a brilliant stay .
Excellently situated apartment close to everything you could want - beach, entertainment, bars and shops. The apartment is bright, clean, modern, well stocked, 2 great bathrooms and a lovely large balcony to watch life go by. Owners were extremely helpful through the booking process and whilst we were there. We were a party of 3 mature women and we would definately choose this apartment again.
Activity and Interests
Benidorm's Levante beach is just a few metres walk from the apartment block, Benidorm's Poniente beach and La Cala beach are a short drive or bus ride away, for those who like to explore the adjoining villages of Albir, Altea (pebble beaches) and Calpe, local bus services are running daily to these "must see" other areas of the coast line.
Alicante International airport is located at 67km (59km motorway driving) Valencia airport is 150km (133km on motorway).
Car hire is not essential as everything is within walking distance, the bus service into the centre of Benidorm runs regular and taxis are a whistle away.
Car hire is recommended for those who like to explore and visit all the beautiful surrounding areas.
Albir 9km away, is the next coastal village travelling north with it distinctive pebble beach. Altea follows famous for its old Spanish streets leading up to the church. Calpe is a further 22km north. Inland takes you to the villages of Alfaz Del Pi, La Nucia, Polop and Callosa D'Ensarria. Further inland takes you to "Guadalest" and "Fonts D'Algar" 2 very popular sight seeing places to visit. Further north, Valencia city is 160kms away. Travelling south, Alicante city is 46kms away.
Benidorm boasts its beaches but it can also boast its theme parks, Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Mundo Mar to name just a few. For that special night out, Benidorm Palace is the place to visit. If you like boating then maybe you fancy having lunch on Benidorm Island using their regular shuttle service to and fro, or even travelling as far as Calpe and Alicante on a day excursion.
For the hard core shoppers, Benidorm has two regular open air markets to visit for that holiday bargain and if thats not enough then each adjoining village has its own outdoor market on different days of the week.
