Great outdoor space with front porch and private back deck with view of neighbors waterfall and pool, BBQ grill and outdoor dining area. offstreet parking for 2 car a. Located steps away from Carnegie Mellon University. Very close to Phipps Conservatory and Carnegie Museum of Art and Natural History. House is full of Vintage Charm and Contemporary Art. Full Kitchen with 2 ovens, living room, dining room, 2 and a half baths one king bedroom, three queen bedrooms, and one study/single bedroom. *5 night minimum stay during PIT & CMU commencement.

Carnegie Mellon visit

What a perfect location - a short walk to campus. Very warm and welcoming home with plenty of space indoors and in the outdoor space for our family. Excellent communication with the very responsive and friendly owner!

Cool house and great for groups!

This property was perfect for our group! The artistic touches to every wall in every room make you feel like you’re at home. The host was so kind, communicative and reasonable in the house rules/check-in/checkout. We loved it and will stay here again!

Pittsburgh Volleyball Tournament

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It is nicely located not far from downtown and the convention center. We walked to the botanical gardens and Carnegie Mellon is close by. The back area with a hot tub was much appreciated after a long day of volleyball. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Great stay for family of five

We enjoyed a fantastic long weekend here. Beautiful backyard, lovely home and plenty of parking were some highlights. Our host communicated well and really made our stay special. We loved the location too.

Great location for our UPitt Graduation.

Andi was a great, accommodating host. The house had everything we needed and then some. It was equipped well with comforts in furnishings, appliances, layout, products, and safety. Every detail was covered for our time celebrating our UPitt Grad. We will def keep this home in mind for future visits to Pitt.

The amazing location is near everything and affords access to many attractions, some within walking distance, others a short Uber or bus ride away. Decorated with mid century antiques, original paintings and a fun and interesting selection of books and games. The mattresses are new and super comfortable.
