This beautiful front line apartment with terrace's front and rear gives wonderful view's over the tree lined 18 hole championship golf course, situated in a central position only 5 mins walk to all amenities, yet peaceful to relax around the pool only a stones throw away, with plenty of sun lounge's is ideal for sun seeker's, surounded by olive tree's for shade when required.

The golf course designed by Bernard Langar which is challenging and attractive to all levels of golfers, with one of the largest practice areas in the whole of spain, including two huge driving ranges,chipping and putting areas,plus 3 practice holes. You can hire equipment from us if you require. Further afield there are also 4 other golf courses within 1 hours drive, including Garcia's home Club Meditteranio.

Vinaros only 10 mins drive offers all the benefits you would have in a blue flag beach holiday without the overcrowded tourist attractions from Costa's bigger resort's, with great shop's, supermarket's and alfresco dinning.

The best Carp fishing in the world,the Delta Ebre is only a 30 mins drive away, where you can hire a fishing boat for the day, or spend the day on the sandy beaches and cove's all along the Vinaros area.

Viewed from the rear terrace are the mountains, ideal for walking or horse riding but it also give you peace to relax and unwind for the perfect holiday destination.

The Costa Azahar known as the orange blossom coast offers a fantastic experience of real spanish culture that caters for everyone.

Golfing Break

We booked this week away to relax and play some golf. Firstly let me tell you about the apartment. We were met by Helen, the lady who is caretaker of the property. Helen lives in the next block so is on hand if you have any questions. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, a lounge/dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a television but we did not watch this as the signal was not good enough to receive UK TV. This didn't worry us as we were happy just reading, relaxing in the sun and playing golf. There was access to wifi but I think this was from Helen, the caretaker's router. Because of this we could only get wifi on the front terrace. Again this didn't bother us as we did not need to be on the internet very often. There were sun loungers available on the front terrace - which got the sun in the morning. In the afternoon we sat outside the back of the apartment to catch the late sun. The pool is literally next to the block and looked very nice although we did not try it as our visit was early season and the water was a little chillly! The golf course was excellent - even for high handicappers - and the staff in the pro shop were very helpful. The "supermarket" on the site had very very limited stock but we had a couple of trips into Vinaros, 25 mins drive away, to stock up on provisions. Vinaros is a lovely clean town on the coast with a nice prom to walk along with bars and restaurants. When we visited (May) it was obviously not high season so both Vinaros and the Panoramica complex were extremely quiet - just as we like it! Overall we would highly recommend the apartment if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday with some golf. I understand there are other attractions nearby but we did not have any interest in anything other than peace, relaxation and golf. We had all of these and the only reason we have not given 5 stars is because of the limited wifi and not TV as this was

Owner's Response: Thank you for your honest and open review, by enjoying your holiday, our apartment, and the golf course which was the main reason for your visit. We offer free wi fi via Helens link rather than you paying for local w ifi, and the TV has limited UK channels throughout the whole area , this can be over come by using Film On TV which James would have helped you setup if required, but given your holiday brief we are glad this wasn't that important to you both. Wonderful Holiday Apartment

We have just returned from a wonderful stay in this apartment, everything we could have wished for, every home comfort including beach equipment was there. There are two beautiful pools close by. The balconies back and front provide lovely views of the golf course and are real sun traps but also offer shade if required. We used the golf club restaurant and were very impressed, a three couse meal with wine and water for 14 euros each, hardly worth cooking! The neigbours were full of useful information and very helpful. They suggested lovely places to visit. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and would love to go back again.

Relax Relax and Relax!

This was the perfect place and apartment to relax and unwind. This is our second visit to the area and we have loved the quite location and friendliness of the locals.

The apartment is very well equipped, with everything having been thought of to help with your stay. Felt like we could have stayed another week easily!

Two pools for our use, with 1 being 30 seconds away and very often we had it to ourselves.[ however if there were others it was 4 or 6 people so really never busy!]

Sky TV being available was fantastic as we watched the tennis and the golf.

The apartment is spacious, clean, air conditioned and the two bathrooms were a great bonus.

We would recommend this apartment, and have already! The owners communication was excellent and the caretaker neighbour proved to be lovely helpful people too.

Fantastic apartment in a quiet and safe location. Great access to two clean swimming pools. We did not play the golf course but it looks fantastic and well maintained.

Great for families, couples. The apartment had everything that we needed and was well kitted out with all that we required including the use of bikes.

There were no bugs or biting insects and place was clean and tidy.

Neighbours/ care takers were very friendly and very helpful with a great knowledge of the area.

Three restaurants not far from apartment and all reasonably priced.

15 to 20 mins away you are at the sea and markets.

We had a nice relaxing time as a family and fully recommend the apartment.

Lovely apartment on a great complex

We stayed in Nigel's apartment for 2 weeks this summer and had a wonderful holiday. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and clean. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 over this period of time. We really appreciated the comfortable bed and large flat screen TV (for watching the World Cup Final!).

The apartment has a lovely large terrace, and everything you need, such as a washing machine, dishwasher and air-con. There is also a lovely large terrace, with beautiful views of the golf course and olive trees.

On the complex itself there are 3 bars/restaurants where you can have a really good meal for excellent prices.

The shared swimming pools are fantastic, and most of the time we had these to ourselves. They certainly never got too busy.

Nearby Vinaros is an absolutely gorgeous little town, with lovely restaurants, shopping and lovely beaches.

We had a wonderful holiday (our third time on this complex) and we will definitely return.

Golf Break

The apartment was clean and tidy set in the heart of the golf course adjacent to the 1st green. Club house was a short walk up up the 1st fairway, they do a good menu del dia €12 with wine during the week €18 week ends it's a shame the on site supermarket has closed as the complex is in the middle of the countryside a fair drive from any shops. Check for golf deals with the pro shop will use again.

Special interest holidays:

Horse riding, deep sea or Ebro fishing, skuba diving, water sking, cycling and mountain climbing and all be found in the area, also within 10 miles are some great resturants offering a 3 course menu with wine for only 10 to 15 euros, the nearest being at the Golf Club so no driving after lunch.

Coast/Beach:

Panoramica is an ideal location for child friendly sandy beach only 15minute drive away.There is 120 km of coast line of golden sand so even in high season there is space for everyone to enjoy the 300 days of sun each year,with an adverage temperature in the summer of 26 degrees,18 in the winter. The town of Vinaros is renowned for its seafood especially prawns! and famous for its superb fiestas and designer shops, just a 5 miles radius of at least 6 superb top class restaurants from the door.

Travel:

The nearest airport is Castellon or Reus with Ryanair offering very good deals most of the year the journey time to Panoramica is (50mins drive). BA, Ryan air and other airlines fly daily to Valencia,about an hour and 15 mins drive.Castellon opened mid Sept 2015.Competitive car hire is available at all airports and we can give you further advice if you wish.Barcelona Airport is approx 2 hrs drive. We can also arrange a taxi if you prefer. Car hire is recomended to make the most of this wonderful area.

Distances:

Other places of interest include Benicarlo 20 mins drive. Peniscola is (25 mins drive) historical and scenic, is a firm favourite for the spanish, and El Cid's castle attracting thousands of visitors every year. The delta Ebre is very popular for fishing is about 30 mins drive. Valencia is an hour and 15 mins drive (150km) great attractions to see and do. Barcelona 200km, Castellon 80km. 20 mins takes you to the amazing mountains, and Reservior peddelo's waiting for the kids, free farm visits.

Further Details:

Ulldacona is only 5 miles offeringrequ ired shops and banks,this has a lovely old charm village atmosphere. Vinaros has larger supermarkets and banks sheik shops only a 15 mins drive. Beautiful blue flag sandy beaches, sea front bars and not over built. There is also a fresh fish, fruit and clothes market every Thursday, at the harbour fishing boats coming into port at 4 every afternoon, the town has an exceptionally friendly Spanish relaxed atmosphere, with all the shops you require. Strut along the promenade in the evening, and enjoy a meal or a glass of wine over looking the sea at one of the alfresco resturant's

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible allowing guests to book the best flight deals, but would have to be agread by both parties, normally arriving after 3pm and leave by 11am, again this can be flexible depending on other bookings.

Front and back terraces which are unoverlooked in a peaceful location yet within easy reach of all the facilities on Panoramica, 500 mts from club house and bars make this the ideal place to stay, so you can do as much or as little as you like. We have available beach equipment, bowls, and limited golf clubs, ideal for the pitch and putt 18 holes.

  • Notes on accommodation: Included for 2016 FREE wifi and film net within the apartment, which is ideally located within a private gated complex known as, Panoramica Golf and Country club that has 24 hour security. Set in the middle of this beautifull Bernard Langer designed golf course. The terraces give tranquil views for 10 kms or more. Set 5 steps up to the front door, giving from the front terrace the feeling of being on the first floor without all the stairs to climb, so is ideal and safe for children, only 50 mts to the kidney shaped pool for children, or 500mts to the main pool with fantastic views. The main lounge area has air conditioning and electric fires for winter use. With all rooms having patio doors this gives a cool through breeze during the summer which average temp is 30 degrees. This well built 4 apartment block with tile floors, white walls and panel wooden doors gives that spanish style, but with all the mod cons that makes you feel at home and comfortable within 10 minutes of emptying your suitcase. Outside: Well maintained gardens surround the apartment, 50mts to the kidney shaped shared pool with sunbeds and an outside shower. approx 14m x 10 m wide suitable for all ages it is cleaned on a daily basis throughout the year. There is also a full length adult pool for the keen swimmers approx 500 mts away on raised ground giving fantastic views for miles. The front veranda has a patio table and six chairs with 2 sun loungers for morning sun seekers. The rear veranda has a small round drinks table and comfortable seating area to relax with a Gin and tonic with a lovely warm orange sunset. A small well stocked supermarket reopened in 2015 for the summer on site to supply you with any forgotten items, and we understand will stay open throughout 2016. Utility Room: Iron,ironing board,clothes airer are all provided, also bath and beach towels to save on packing.Wi-Fi is available from the local supplier at a cost of5 euro's per week, or18 euro's per month if required.Bring your own Sky card to give more choice on TV. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bath and Beach towels,dish clothes and bed linen are provided, the apartment will be cleaned to the highest standard on arrival and departure. If you require extra bedding or towels to be changed during your stay this can be arranged by agreement.
