Located on the seventh floor of a unique building that has earned a United nations architecture award. The balcony overlooks large gardens, the marina, the Baie des Anges and magnificent views of the Alps.We are served by a train station and bus route immediately outside the apartment. 20 mins from Nice airport,10mins.By train to Antibes, Monaco is 20 mins by train. Marineland and large funfair are 10mins.By car or one stop away by train. As the complex is on the seashore there is no crossing of roads to get to the beach, which is sheltered and private. Shopping is made easy by the many stores in the area with a local supermarket in the marina and a large geant supermarche just 10 mins.Walk away. The promenade to cagnes sur mer is a spectacle especially at the weekend. Get the navette (free of charge) to hautes de cagnes, a delightful medieval village also nearby and accessible by bus is St paul de Vence/ A must see. The local bus ligne 200 runs between Nice and Antibes cost one euro

Norma and Liam would like to welcome you to our lovely apartment in the sunny south of france.This is the first time we have let the apartment for renting,as until now we have used it for ourselves.the setting is beautiful rightly known as baie des anges(bay of angels).If you like boats you'll love the Marina.It's a walkers paradise with a national park only 10 mins. away.so many restaurants you'll be spoilt for choice.Please enjoy yourself and if you have any suggestions as to how we can improve your stay please let us know.

Lovely holiday

Lovely apartment in a superb location! Beautiful view of the Marina, and plenty of restaurants within 5 mins walk, all good quality and reasonably priced too.

Easy to get to by bus from the airport, which drops off 5/10 minutes away from the apartment block.

Apartment set in lovely grounds, with easy access to three beaches. There is huge supermarket 20 minute walk away (a lovely stroll too) or smaller supermarket 5 minutes walk.

There is access to a pool, however there is a charge for this which was 50 Euro's per day for a family of 3. The beaches are so nice; there really is no need for a pool anyway.

The apartment facilities are good, and the balcony is a pleasure to sit and eat your meals if you wish to do so.

The weather when we went was just right.

The owner Liam was good a communicating as regards the apartment.

Tip: when returning to the airport get the airport bus, which is cost 10 Euros for two, but it was air conditioned and had plenty of space to sit on, as opposed to the bus used by the locals, and it only took 10 minutes!

I would love to return to this apartment.

Special interest holidays:

Walkers ..ten minutes from apartment is Vaugernier National Park 100 hectares of wooded walks /childrens playground/lake with birdwatching platform.

Ten minutes by bus nbr 29(directly outside apartment)is the mountain village of villeneuve.It boasts another national park with a wonderful Riverside walk


3 minutes from apartment to beach through gardens.

Wii Fii connection available at Mc Donalds directly opposite the apartment


20 mins from Nice airport. We have own underground secure parking space,

with the excellent public transport system/bus. Train, so it should not be necessary to hire a car.


Antibes or Nice, 10 mins by train. St Paul de Vence, 20 mins by bus.

All upper villages 20/30 mins by bus, fare 1 euro. Monaco, 30 mins by train

Further Details:

Over 20 restaurants within walking distance.Banking facilities available in villeneuve loubet or nice /antibes. Supermarket within la marina. Large national park with walks and lake with viewing platform 10 mins walk from apartment.
