Suite A6 Lago Verde, Puerto del Carmen - The Location Is Very Peaceful, 10 Min Walk To The Beach

The apartment is very spacious, and you get a feeling of brightness when you enter the door. When you sit in the sofa inside the apartment, you have a beautiful view overlooking the ocean, as well inside as outside. It is a top floor apartment, no one above. It is also a corner apartment. The balcony contains of one sun terrace and one terrace with table and chairs. These two terraces are connected to each other. You can overlook the swimming pool as it it straight down from the apartment. The pool are heated, and have a pool bar where you can buy small meals and something to drink. In the reception you can get help to order taxi, tours, get free Wi-Fi or relax with magazines and books. You don't need a car. Restaurants, shops, bars, beach are in short walking distance.

About TV channels,the UK visitors will receive BBC, itv, sky sports News & sky news along with a host of other channels, also Irish channels etc.

About the Owner

I am from Norway, and me and my husband have bought this apartment because we love Lanzarote.

We have been visiting Puerto del Carmen for more than 30 years every year. Most of the times we have stayed in Lago Verde. We liked it so much that we wanted to buy an apartment of our own, and that we did in spring 2011.

We bought A6, with the most beautiful view. We have done a lot of upgrading with the apartment, and will all the time work for making it perfect.

We have past 60 years, and the time will soon come when we can stay in this beautiful apartment a lot.

You are very welcome to stay while we are not there.

Just had 12 days at Lago Verde suite A6, beautiful spacious suite, stunning views of the harbour and a lovely resort to stay in. The poolshack is a well served and a lovely place to use, Dennis and Michelle make you feel very welcome and the food and drink make a welcome change from sunbathing. Can`t wait to return.

I couldn't of wished for a better place. Amazing view from the terrace, I found everything I needed to cook some meals, it was clean. It was the perfect home for my holiday... I have nothing to grumble about only that I should of booked for longer. My grandson had ample space to play in the apartment and it felt like home. Loved it...

Very nice apartment

We have stayed in Lago Verde complex many times and have never been disappointed. This apartment is no exception, it is lovely and clean and comfortable - a real home from home. There is everything you need and more! the view is amazing and the facilities are excellent. Close to restaurants, pubs, shops etc. We had a great holiday and would definately book again.

Perfect location

Perfect location once we found it. Great apartment. Ase was easy to talk to and we had no problems. Hired a car, so had best of both worlds by being able to go around the island but also we were within walking distance of many good restaurants. Apartment had great views and everything you need.

Excellent apartment

The view that greets you when you enter this apartment is absolutely amazing! Harbour, mountain, sea and Fuerteventura, you can see them all.

The balcony has room for table and chairs and sun loungers, you can sunbathe in complete privacy.

Inside the apartment there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. You are able to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped but there are so many lovely restaurants within walking distance the choice is yours.

An added bonus is that there is a washing machine so you can travel light if you wish.

The complex has a pool and a very friendly family run bar/snack bar.

I have stayed in this apartment many times, the owners are very friendly and along with Jon the caretaker do everything in their power to ensure you have a lovely holiday.

The pictures seen here do not do the apartment justice. The view from the apartment balcony and lounge is to die for. The property is well maintained and there is a man locally if you have any problems he will take care of it. From start to finish the owners of the apartment could not have been more helpful. We have already booked for later this year. I would not hesitate in recommending this apartment to anyone.

A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view.

This was our fourth stay in this lovely apartment. We always enjoy the fantastic view. There are two supermarkets close to the apartment, a number of excellent restaurants within walking distance as well as the complex pool "Snack Shack". The local bus stops nearby and gives access to all parts of the island. The apartment is situated in a quiet district of Puerto del Carmen but a walk or the bus will take you to the more lively "Strip". It well furnished and for us a home from home. Back again next year!

Puerto del Carmen has charm of its own. It is beautiful with the mountain and the sea. It is very clean here, and it has a calm and relaxing way of being. It is close to all facilities, the beach, restaurants, shops and other thing you want for a holiday. You don't need a car. It is also only 10 min drive from the airport.

The property has a stunning view. You can look all over the area, 180 Degrees. The sun is shining from early morning to late evening. Sitting in the evening sun overlooking the sun going down behind the mountains with all it glorious colours are fantastic. The terrace are located right up in front of the swimming pool. You can easy look down to look after your children or others you might want to see. There is a sun terrace and a dining terrace associated to each other. The swimming pool are heated. There are also a outdoors restaurant/bar you can buy small meals and something to drink. In the reception you can get help to order taxi, tours and other thing you may need.
