About the property

2 bedroomed 1 bathroom apartment on the west side of Nerja between the Riu Monica Hotel and Perla Marina Hotel

South facing sun all day terrace with table and chairs and sunbeds. The beach is 50 metres from the front of the apartment and the paseo will take you through to cafe Bamboo in the directions of the town or Playazo beach and grilled sardines at Mauri bar in the other. Parking in the height of summer can be difficult but there is no need for a car in this super located apartment. If you do want to bring or hire a car parking is limited but free outside of the apartment and there is other free parking around the corner.

Television is via IPTV which offers multi language options and the WIFI is the new fibre Optic 50Meg system.

The two bedrooms have twin beds that can be pushed together.

There is a south facing terrace with table and chairs and sun loungers.

The kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave and washing machine. The bathroom has a shower over the full bath. Water is heated by electric heater. Shower and hand towels together with full linen for the beds is supplied. 4 beach towels are included.

A child cot and high chair can be supplied and there is no additional cost for this.

About David

Why David chose Nerja

Nerja is a small town with a population of 25,000. The easiest way to sum up the town is that it is completely safe. We do not receive large single sex groups as the large tour operators do not sell hotel rooms cheaply. It is a family location with lots of restaurants and wonderful tapas bars. English is widely spoken although any attempt at Spanish would be appreciated. The beaches are safe (blue flag) and sun beds are available for a small local charge.

David was great at meeting us and explaining where was available to park the car nearby . Great apartment all we needed there ,comfy beds , good size balcony with partial sea view . Handy to have clothes drying space . All kitchen utensils and extras such as salt , pepper , washing up liquid , cloths and towels . Bathroom could do with a new shower and overall the place needed a lick of paint but it was very clean , fans in bedrooms as there is no air con. However we would definitely stay again as it was also convenient to beaches ,restaurants and a stroll up to old town and Balcon . Great little Dutch bar underneath served fab and very reasonable sangria .

Close to beach

The apartment is very close to the beach & to local restaurants. The property is well maintained. David met us when we arrived from the airport & gave us a run down on the property & locality. He was always available on the phone & easy to deal with.

My husband and I stayed here for 10 nights. Nice place. Very comfortable couch, well equipped kitchen and near the sea. A few minutes (10 minutes?) to the Balcony of Europe. We found David to be very friendly and accommodating and the location was quiet yet close to restaurants, groceries and a 5-10 minute walk to the Balcony of Europe area of Nerja. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the breeze off the water. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to others.

Bij late aankomst stond de eigenaar ons netjes op te wachten met de sleutel.

Met als welkom een fles wijn en biertjes en melk en water in de ijskast. En bij het melden van een kapitte fan heeft hij onmiddelijk voor een nieuwe gezorgd.

No Car required for this apartment. The famous Balcon do Europa is less than a 5 minute walk away together with all that Nerja has to offer in night life, bars, restaurants tapas etc. The beach is a 50 metre stroll from the front of the apartment ans two hotels offer non resident facilities so the use of their pools is available to you.
