Fantastic stay and apartment...

We had a fantastic stay at Andriana 2. The apartment was immaculate and everything you could possibly need was provided. We also asked Ray for a 'welcome pack' of essentials which he was also happy to provide. Location wise it is perfect with two shops and a bus stop (603/603B) only a short walk away. The complex was quiet, never noisy and the huge pool was always warm and never over populated. It was our fourth visit to Paphos and our third apartment rental and we both felt it was the best yet. Don't hesitate, book this apartment now, you won't be disappointed.

Ist Time in Cyprus

This was our first time in Cyprus and the first time we have used owners direct. We arrived late on the Saturday night having travelled all day. The apartment was clean, fresh and welcoming and was exactly as pictured. It has a good layout with two bedrooms, lots of storage,and comfortable beds . The lounge has quality furnishings and the balcony spacious with large table and chairs and two loungers. We eat out here at night and enjoyed sunbathing in the late afternoon. Having arrived by taxi from the airport we decided to hire a car after a couple of days to allow us to explore the area although there is an excellent bus service. We hired the car from CY Breeze Rentals as recommend by Ray, the service was excellent. We then managed to travel to Latchi twice firstly hiring a boat and then we returned for a trip on the glass bottom boat . There is a good selection of restaurants overlooking the harbour. We had lunch here: fresh fish, greek salad and homemade Cyprus chips. Fab!! We went to Coral Bay following the coast road; go to the 2nd beach at Coral Bay. The sand is lovely and you can hire comfortable sunbeds, the water is shallow and great for young kids and the older kids can swim out to the rocks. We eat out in paphos but equally eat in the apartment as the kitchen is well equipped and the supermarkets are well stocked loads of fresh meat, great fruit and veg. Our favourite place to eat was Friends in Bar street. The food was fresh and well priced. Décor was lovely. Its has entertainment although not really our 'cup of tea' we did enjoy the few nights that we were there. Overall we had a great time at Rays apartment from booking with Ray to organising our flights it was effortless. We would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment

Just returned from spending a week with another couple. The apartment has two bedrooms, one en-suite with another bathroom which is ideal for two couples. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Would recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

Our 2014 Hol

Lovely apartment,very spacious,ideal location,we all enjoyed our stay here,made a change to have the pool to ourselves (their was 15 of us in varied apartments on this complex) would certainly go back,only downside was no microwave for the kids,apart from that faultless.

Location

From the Owner

We chose Cyprus initially because of the all year round sunshine, ease of communication with local residents, and warmth of the local people to visitors. We chose Paphos in particular because of it's unique blend of old and new; it's first class facilities; excellent transport links; ease of access to the sea and the mountains, and a number of sites of historical and archaeological interest. Paphos international airport is just 20 minutes from the property. We also found this development desirable because of its proximity to Paphos town center, sea front and local shops and restaurants.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Paphos, served by public transport and taxi at 10 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Rugby Arms, and then First & Last at 300 Metres Nearest Golf : Elea GC, Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills at 5 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : Paphos to Lanaca motorway at 2 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : at 200 Metres Nearest Beach : Municipal beach, easy walk from apartment. at 1 Kilometres Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

10 minute walk to local municipal beach or twenty minute drive to Coral Bay.

Travel:

Paphos International Airport is about a twenty minutes drive from the property. Route is served by bus and taxi. Car hire is readily available, but not necessary if staying at apartment as all facilities are within easy walking distance.

If needed, No. 603 bus passes end of road every 40 mins.

Distances:

Property is near center of Paphos and between 500m and 1km from the harbour and old town resp. Coral Bay is approx. 10 km while distance to Troodos National Park is about 45km and Limassol about 60km. Archaelogical sites are within the town of Paphos.

Further Details:

Paphos is well served by local and international banks and major stores inc. international brands such as Debenhams, Next and M&S. The main supermarket chain, Papantoniou, has branch in center of Paphos, with smaller grocery stores closer to the apartment. Most fashionable restaurants are located on the sea front and around the old harbour. Banks and currency exchange outlets are also closeby.
