A very relaxing holiday, didn't really want to go home! Beautiful view over the golf course and very peaceful location in the Sun. The kids loved having the pool to themselves. Highly recommended, already booked for next year. Steve

Excellent location and first class property

Everything went to plan and the property was very well maintained and spotlessly clean when we arrived.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this property to our friends, however it is essential that you have a car or other form of transport to get about as the complex is extremely large.

We only had two small problems, the lounge blind seemed to have a mind of its own! and the boiler needed resetting one time. This could happen in any rented property. Otherwise everything was first class

Lovely well maintained house with pool.

A lovely house beautifully clean and well maintained. There were plenty of towels in fact there was everything you could need to make the stay comfortable. I would have liked to have a hair drier but as the sun shone at 30 degrees every day it was not a problem. The pool was ten steps away and I had it to myself for most of our stay! A very quiet relaxing spot with beautifully kept gardens. Restaurants and bars not far away and the sea only Ten minutes drive. There are markets twice weekly so you can do as much or little as your mood takes you. I can recommend this property without hesitation.

Very nice townhouse

We had a lovely holiday, the house was wonderful like a home from home. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time which was very nice. Everything was clean and well maintained. I would recommend it to friends or family. Hope to return in the future.

Holiday in Roda

The property was clean and functional and in a peaceful part of the golf resort. It was not our first visit. The townhouse had everything we needed and the pool was easily axcessible. The only issue we would have on this visit was there was no BBQ

Location

We have spent the last 6 Summer Holidays at Roda and the children have fallen in love with the place. There is so much to do from days out to the Beach, Water Parks, lazy days by the pool, playing Golf or tennis.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : San Javier at 5 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Mar Menor at 3 Kilometres Car: necessary

Coast/Beach:

Los Narejos Beach is 5 minutes drive which is one of the many beautiful stretches of sand around the unique Mar Menor looking over to La Manga. The Mar Menor is a salt water lagoon and is very shallow and warm. It is particularly child friendly. The blue flag beach is long and sandy. There are many water sports available including sailing, fishing, water ski-ing & scuba diving.

Travel:

Murcia, San Javier Airport is a 5 minute drive. Alicante Airport is a 40 minute drive. Car hire is certainly recommended if you want to explore the wider area in your own time. The historic City of Murcia is 30 minutes drive, the Roman Town of Cartengena is 20 minutes drive and La Manga approximately 20 minutes away.

Distances:

The typically Spanish Town of Los Alcazares is a 5 minute drive or 20 minutes on foot and this has many bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, markets, banks etc. Nearest shopping complex is called Dos Mares, 15 minutes away.

Further Details:

As well as the excellent 18 hole golf course, tennis and paddle tennis courts, 5 a-side football pitches and basketball courts are available. There is a small shop on site near the club house for essentials.

A small welcome pack can also be organised in advance. Please note that smoking is only permitted on the terraces. Outside: The townhouse has electric shutters, double patio doors leading to a terrace with patio table, 4 chairs overlooking the pool and golf course. The terrace benefits from external lighting. 2 Sun Loungers for the pool. Utility Room: Washing machine, iron / ironing board, clothes airer, mop and bucket. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bath/Beach/Hand towels and all bedlinen/quilts/pillows included.
