Barn Conversion in Staunton-on-Arrow, Pembridge, Herefordshire, England, UK - Set In A Quiet Village With A Quintessentially Well Kept English Garden Complete With Tennis Court

The Stables is a 19th Century barn which has been converted and recently refurbished. It stands in the 3 acre grounds of Staunton House and has use of the garden, the astroturf tennis court and swimming pool. It comprises of 2 bedrooms

one double, and one smaller double room. We can provide an extra single inflatable bed. In the sitting room

there is also a small double sofa bed. One bathroom with bath and shower over the bath

with shower screen, wc and washbasin. A fully equipped kitchen/diner. Sitting room

with TV/DVD and Wifi.

About Rosemary Bowen

We have lived at Staunton House for 22 years and during this time the place has changed a lot. we have completely renovated the main house and The Stables to provide very comfortable accomodation.

Richard and Rosie enjoy living in Herefordshire for its peace and tranquility. we enjoy the qualities of a retired life and look forward to welcoming you to our home.

happy memories of his childhood having been brought

up in this rural and unspoilt part of North West


What makes this barn unique

When staying on the premises you will have access to the astroturf tennis court and the heated swimming

pool (from the end of May to the middle of September) which is enclosed inside in a walled garden. There is further use of the lovely 3 acre garden.

Richard has first class knowledge about directing

prospective tenants to fish the trout and salmon

waters of the Wye & Usk Foundation.

Notes on accommodation: Children are welcome by arrangement Outside: There is a lovely walled garden within the grounds. A beautifully constructed summer house with a swimming pool which is 30ft x 18ft wide (heated in summer) and astroturf tennis court which are shared with the owners. The pool is surrounded by a paved area where there is a wooden teak table and chairs providing the perfect place to relax. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen provided. The property is cleaned between each let as are the towels and linen. Depending on the length of stay, towels and linen can be changed on request.

What a lovely place to stay, we much appreciated the antique furniture and such comfortable accommodation. The beautiful grounds an added bonus. A warm welcome and advise on best places to visit. We can Highly recommend The Stables to anyone wanting a holiday in Herefordshire.
