This Townhouse is situated in the quiet area of Llenaire, Puerto Pollensa.

The property is about 30 meters form the beach front and 15 minutes walk into the town centre. The property offers 4 bedrooms distributed over 3 floors. On the ground floor you have the Lounge with Satellite T.V, air-con , sofa dining room table, kitchen, bathroom and utility room. The kitchen leads out onto the private terrace area fit with table and chairs and a Bbq area, this terrace also leads onto the community gardens and swimming pool areas. On the second floor you have 2 bedrooms with en-suit bathrooms and last but not least on the top floor there is another 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom and a medium size terrace with views of the bay. Great house for a family or friends and all rooms fitted with air-con.

Originally a fishing village, the enchanting resort of Puerto Pollensa has everything - wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches, fantastic cuisine and a laid-back friendly environment. Tourism is a large part of the growth of Puerto Pollensa. The main features of the village are the long sandy beaches , restaurants with different and diverse types of meals ( breakfast , lunch and dinner ) , shops all along the beach front. There is a market every Wednesday in the main center of Puerto Pollensa that brings all types off stalls ( fruit , flowers , sweets , clothing , shoes , bedding, games etc…. for all ages. Puerto Pollensa is one of the most researched holiday resorts.
