This impressive single storey stone built villa offers its visitor all the comforts of home. Beautifully designed and decorated it has a spacious, light and airy atmosphere. Its vast exterior grounds with large swimming pool, BBQ and beautiful maintained gardens are ideal for those long lazy days and the terrace area provides the ideal space for those lazy lunches, afternoon siestas or summer suppers.

The entrance is via a large timber main door leading into the villas modern lounge area with its large sliding doors leading out onto the terrace this is a light and comfortable are with TV. The dining area provides a glass table with seating for eight. Off the lounge is the bright and airy modern fully equipped kitchen, finished with light wood cabinets and plenty of storage space available. To one side of the kitchen is a small utility room. Leaving the dining room you access the bedrooms the first being a twin room with pine fittings and an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower.Bedroom two is a double room with free standing units and a en suite bathroom with the main feature being its wash basin made from decorative glass.Bedroom three is again a twin room with pine fittings and an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower decorated in a pale green granite. The property is dominated throughout with wooden beamed ceilings.Situated between the old town of Pollensa and the Port of Pollensa visitors have the advantage of being totally private and secluded whilst only being five minutes drive away from all the local amenities and attractions.

Originally a fishing village, the enchanting resort of Puerto Pollensa has everything - wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches, fantastic cuisine and a laid-back friendly environment. Tourism is a large part of the growth of Puerto Pollensa. The main features of the village are the long sandy beaches , restaurants with different and diverse types of meals ( breakfast , lunch and dinner ) , shops all along the beach front. There is a market every Wednesday in the main center of Puerto Pollensa that brings all types off stalls ( fruit , flowers , sweets , clothing , shoes , bedding, games etc…. for all ages. Puerto Pollensa is one of the most researched holiday resorts.

  • Notes on accommodation: Air-conditioning. Outside: The gated driveway has a totally secure parking for two vehicles. There is located here a whitewashed covered terrace housing the large stone built BBQ. A large shaded veranda for outdoor eating looks on to the large swimming pool of ten metres by five metres and the well cared for gardens. The pool also has its own exterior fully tiled shower room. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Cleaning & linen change once weekly. Towels twice weekly.
