Villa Llenaire in Puerto Pollensa, North Mallorca, Mallorca, Balearic Islands

This Great family villa set in the quiet residential area of "Llenaire" Puerto Pollensa at only 200 meters form the beaches and a 15 minute walk along the beachfront to the centre of town passing Restaurants, shops and bars all along the way.

The villa its self offers 4 bedrooms ( 1 double bed and 6 single beds ) all on the same floor along with 2 family bathrooms. The large joining lounge and dining room are great areas from relaxing out of the sun and getting the family all together for a lunch or dinner. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster etc.. Leading out from the dining room you will come to the large covered terrace area with a small table and chairs great for breakfast. The garden goes almost all around the villa and the brand new swimming pool can be found just off the terrace area. Bbq is available for the families that enjoy the "Al Fresco" feeling and cooking for the whole group. Parking for 1 car is also available. Air-con in all the bedrooms with wifi and english channels.

Originally a fishing village, the enchanting resort of Puerto Pollensa has everything - wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches, fantastic cuisine and a laid-back friendly environment. Tourism is a large part of the growth of Puerto Pollensa. The main features of the village are the long sandy beaches , restaurants with different and diverse types of meals ( breakfast , lunch and dinner ) , shops all along the beach front. There is a market every Wednesday in the main center of Puerto Pollensa that brings all types off stalls ( fruit , flowers , sweets , clothing , shoes , bedding, games etc…. for all ages. Puerto Pollensa is one of the most researched holiday resorts.

Fantastic holidays in Puerto Pollensa

We had a fantastic family holiday in this house in Puerto Pollensa. it has a very good location and is near to the beach and not far from the town centre in a calm nice residential area. The house has everything we needed for great holidays. The team from Js Properties which took care of the check in and check out were very helpful and polite. Kindly recommend property and Js Properties.

Lovely setting, great villa

Booking arrangements and our arrival were. all well-managed. Juan was a good communicator throughout the process. Map coordinates were helpful in checking route to the villa on google maps.

The villa is set in lovely gardens full of fruit trees and fantastic bird life. The view of the mountains is a real plus. The pool is a good size and has ample space for sunbathing.

The villa is well-appointed although we did not use the cooking appliances as we found so many lovely places to eat locally.

We would recommend a car hire to explore this lovely area. The position of the villa is good and although not far from the road into Puerto Pollenca, the traffic noise is minimal.

Only minor niggle was absence of light bulbs in the downstairs bedroom although plenty of lower level lights were OK. Some labels on light switches in the living room would be a good idea to avoid accidentally leaving pool lights on during the day.

We would not hesitate in recommending this villa for a relaxing and hassle-free holiday.

Not worth the money

At the time of our holiday in 2013 there was not the facility to review this property on the web site now there is.

Bad news first - Pool was filthy took days to clear. Ground floor bedroom infested with ants. Cooker shelf didn't fit the oven so watch out when placing anything heavy on it. Kept getting an electric shock off the dishwasher. Had to wash all kitchen items before use items in the larder were dirty.

Good news the manager of this property did come each time we had a complaint good job as it was a number of times.

The villa is within walking distance of the town approx 10 min walk. The villa itself is set in a lovely garden but the bathrooms and kitchen leave a lot to be desired given the cost of the property.

Would I recommend it no! Would I recommend this area of Majorca yes very much.

Owner's Response: Good Morning , This property for 2014 has been redone , The pool and garden maintanence company has been chnaged for the good after we found out that the previous cleaners where not doing there job as we saw fit , The house has been completly fumigated and every problem has been solved and fixed , We apprciate your review due to i¡t helping us find , fix and better the property , We have made all the necasary changes to reinsure that this problem never happens again , This property is now cleaned , garden and poll maintance evry week and is now a great villa for a stay in Mallorca , Once again thank you for your review , Kind Regards Danny James
