Brand new luxury front line building consisting of just two modern apartments, a DUPLEX apartment occupying the ground and the first floor and a PENTHOUSE 2nd floor apartment.with roof top terrace They are located on the beginning of the famous Pine Walk in Puerto Pollensa, right on the promenada above the sandy beach, close to all main restaurants, bars and shops, They are decorated in a modern style and are fully equipped for enjoying a perfect holiday. Both apartments have a maximum capacity of 6 people each one and they consist of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

DUPLEX APARTMENT: The apartment is split in two levels:

On the GROUND FLOOR LEVEL there are the master bedroom (double bed) with its own bathroom en suite, and a twin bedroom with its own bathroom. The master bedroom is facing the sea and is opened to a large terrace with direct access to the pedestrian promenade and the beach.An inner staircase access to the UPPER LEVEL.

This UPPER LEVEL consists of a spacious and luminous lounge dining area with exit to a large terrace very nice furnished and facing the sea; the terrace has wonderful views of the sea and the whole bay of Pollensa. A fully fitted open kitchenette totally equipped, including electric oven, vitrocereramic, dishwaher and washing machine, plus all the essentials of habitual use. And, finally, the third bedroom (double bed) with a complete bathroom.

PENTHOUSE APARTMENT: fantastic first line location with the sea at your own doorstep, at the beginning of the well-known Pine walk area, just next to the Hotel Bahía. Modern and comfortable high quality accommodation, It is a split apartment over two levels, on the main level you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of the bedrooms is doble and the second bedroom with bunk beds. Bright and spacious lounge dining area with TV satellite (restricted channels) opening out to a beachfront balcony with panoramic view of whole bay of Pollensa. Open plan kitchen fully equipped and air conditioning throughout all the apartment.

The access to the second level is through an inner staircase, where is the third double bedroom with a complete shower room en suite wich is opening out to a large furnished terrace facing the sea. A lift serves all the floors.

About Paula Franch LLobera

We are a Majorcan family owning this apartment more than 40 years and we have been enjoying a lot of summers in this house and we have been very happy here. However, at this very moment we can only use the accommodation during July and August and so we have decided to let and allow some othe rpeople to enjoy of this beautiful location just in front of the sea and so with no cars passing by and the beach just a few steps crossing the pedestrian walk (Pine Walk).

Coast/Beach:

A holiday in Pollensa boasts several fantastic beaches within the Pollensa area. The main beach in Puerto Pollensa is Albercutx which runs from the marina in front of the Pine Walk down to Pollensa beach. The watersports facilities available on Albercutx and Pollensa beach includes sailing, jet skiing, banana boating and scuba-diving.

Cala San Vicente and Formentor beaches are only at 15 minutes driving from Puerto Pollensa and they cannot be missed.

Travel:

The airport is called Son San Juan and it is about 55 km from Puerto Pollensa (about 1 hour by car). Hire cars can be collected directly from the airport.

Car hire is recommended, but not essential if you do not want to make excursions.

Distances:

Puerto Pollensa is only 10 mins driving from the old town of Pollensa and 15 mins from Cala San Vicente beaches and the well know Formentor preserved area with its marvelous beach.

Formentor is visited every year for VIP people from all over the wold. This summer 2011 has stayed at the Hotel Formentor the famous film star Tom Hanks shooting the film “Clouds Atlas” , as well as many famous have been there as Edouard VIII Prince of Wales, Charles Chaplin, Gary Cooper, Grace Kelly

Further Details:

Restauranta at Puerto Pollensa are a terrific choice - from Mallorcan/Mediterranean cuisine to a Burger King. But on the way international, Italian, tapas, Arabic, steak houses, Japanese, kebab, tex-mex, Chinese, pizzerias, and who can ignore ... four Indians.

SHOPS :Some of your general souvenirish-type tat, but otherwise some good stuff in the way of fashion, textiles, furnishings, shoes and leather.

Kids activities: Puerto Pollensa doesn’t have the sort of attractions that nearby Puerto Alcudia has (the Hidropark waterpark or the karting tracks for example), but with the safe beach, boat trips, hotel clubs etc., it still offers plenty of entertainment for children.

Supermarkets: Large Eroski at the entrance to the Port on the left opposite the petrol station open Mon-Sat 9am-10pm Sun 10am-2pm. Besides, there are a number of smaller supermarkets in the Port.

Every July and August there is a music Festival in Pollensa and jazz festival in Sa Pobla.

Pollensa and the Port have a wonderful Market in the main square each Sunday & Wednesday, respectively.

Outside: The duplex apartment has a ground floor furnished terrace with a table and chairs, plus a large terrace on the first floor very nice furnished with a large sofa and two armchairs and a coffee table.
