Nestling at the end of a small lane in the picturesque hamlet of Cabasson, the villa occupies an exquisite location 600m from a quite sandy beach overlooking the famous Fort de Brégancon, ( the French presidential summer retreat ). This beautiful trationally styled villa is set in an acre of garden. The villa sleeps 9, plus cot consisting of 4 bedrooms, (1 double, 2 twin, one triple). There are two newly refurbished bathrooms and two separate WC's. There is a large living /dining area which has immediate access to a large outdoor terrace with dining area. The 10x5m swimming pool is surrounded by an extensive paved area with sunloungers. There is also an additional covered seating area. The pool area is totally fenced allowing total safety for children. The enclosed grassed garden surrounding the villa is attractively planted with Mediterranean trees and shrubs and includes an area for table tennis. There is an extra option of renting an additional apartment with the villa.

We are a family of 5 consisting of three children age 17, 15, 13. We have owned a villa in Cabasson for 8 years and decided to purchase an additional property in the area, as we loved hamlet so much. The apartment has been a great success. We can now take all our family and friends with us on holiday.

The villa is situated just a short 10 min walk from a fantastic sandy beach and the beautiful Fort du Brégancon (the French Presidents summer retreat). The Fort is now open for visitors.

Additionally there are many beautiful beaches and sandy coves scattered along this amazing area of coast land.


Toulon Airport 25 min ; Nice Airport 1.40hr ; and Marseille Airport 1.40hr.


The ancient town of Bormes Les Mimosas is 6.5km, La Lavandou is 8km, and La Faviére 5km.

There are a large selection of shops and markets in Le Lavandou, Bormes Les Mimosas, Le Londe and La Faviére.

There are a huge selection of wonderful restaurants in Bormes Les Mimosas and Le Lavandou. Two beach restaurants in Cabasson, walking distance from the villa. There are many water sports available and a large marina in La Faviére; including sailing and a diving club. Also many boat hire locations can be found at the port.

A spectacular Golf course in Valcros. In Le Lavandou there are many ferry crossings to the wonderful unspoilt islands of Porquerolles, Port Cros and Le Levant.

Local cycle hire, to discover the hidden beauty of all the wonderful local vineyards.

The final balance payment is due 8 weeks before your arrival. A £800.00 fully refundable security deposit is also requested 8 weeks before arrival.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is usually a Sunday. But we do try to be flexible when possible. Arrival times are usually after 4pm. Departure time is 10am.

  • Notes on accommodation: The Villa can be rented with an additional apartment for an additional charge. Outside: The villa is surrounded by a large balustrades terrace which includes a large dining area with a gas barbecue. There is also an area for sunbathing and there are two electrically operated canopys for sun protection. The terrace over looks onto a beautiful 10 m x 5m pool surrounded by a large paved sunbathing area and an exterior solar shower. There is also an additional shaded covered area with a sofa and easy chairs. The pool area is enclosed with regulation safety gates. The pool leads to an enclosed grassed walled garden consisting of a selection of Mediterranean shrubs and trees. There is also a paved area at the rear of the villa providing a table tennis area. Ample parking spaces are provided on the small private lane leading to the villa. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The property has the final cleaning included in the price. Any additional cleaning can be arranged, but at an extra cost. Linen and internal towels can be provided for a small charge. If linen is requested beds will be made up on arrival. Other: There is a separate dining area with a large adjustable table and chairs.
