Situated on the 4th floor (level 6). The apartment benefits from views to both the village and piste. With a balcony overlooking the Slalom run and windows from the bedroom and dining area looking out at the village. Lift & stair access directly outside apartment. Ideal for families with door to door skiing and Ski school next door, no long hikes to reach the slope!

About the Owner

Having rented the apartment ourselves for two consecutive years, we had an option to purchase it in 2000. We have loved having the opportunity of skiing in Val Thorens every year and fortunate enough to give our children the chance to learn to ski and enjoy it as a family holiday.

Travel:

By Air: Convenient airports include, Lyon, Geneva, Grenoble and Chambery.By Train: The Ski Train goes from London St Pancras International to Moutiers (37km away).

By Car: The drive from Calais is approximately 600 miles (9/10 hours).

Further Details:

Plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. Sports centre with pool and other sports facilities.

Val Thorens is also a fantastic destination in the Summer. The resort opens for 8 weeks and ideal for walkers, bikers or those that just wish to enjoy the mountain air and scenery.

25% deposit payable on reservation. Balance and Tourist Tax payable 8 weeks prior to arrival or immediately if booking is less than 8 weeks before arrival.

Notes:

  • Notes on accommodation: The apartments benefit from underfloor heating during the Skiing season. Ski and boot lockers situated on level 2 with easy access to the slopes. The main access doors to Olympic are via coded entry. We hold a No Smoking policy inside the apartment. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Blankets and pillows are provided. Linen and towels may be rented upon request. The apartment is received by the client in a good state of repair, clean condition and every client is expected to leave it as clean as he/she expects to find it. Other: The dining area is situated one end of the living area next to the kitchen with seating for 6 people. A dresser is situated between the living and dining area which houses plates, cutlery, glasses etc.
