Golden View Condominiums are extremely secure with a reception area and 24 hour security. The apartment is located on the third floor and was recently refurbished. The apartment is approximately 750 sq. feet. It consists on one bedroom with en-suite bathroom, living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious balcony. There is a large swimming pool and spacious grounds. Free wi-fi is available in th library, on the third floor, and in the lobby.

So-ooo Relaxing

We've just completed yet another fantastic four weeks at Apartment 301. As usual it is immaculate with some new features - new sofa, chairs, delightful art and new very attractive bed linen. It is light and airy with a spacious balcony where we spent almost every evening enjoying the sunset, watching the cruise ships on the horizon and listening to the evening bird song. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge freezer, electric cooker, blender and microwave. The weekly cleaning by the very efficient Joan is really appreciated and the owners, Walter and Leeza, are delightful and never fail to amaze us with their helpfulness. The grounds are immaculate, you can always get a sun bed and the pool is a lovely way to cool down or get some exercise. We have already booked our return visit.

Excellent accommodation

My boyfriend and myself have stayed twice at this property and have booked for our third stay in December 2014. The appartment is spacious and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped with large fridge/freezer, oven, hob, toaster etc everything you need to self cater. Living area very welcoming with flat screen tv and dvd player. Bathroom maintained to a high standard, the new shower installed last year is beautiful. An amazing balcony with chairs and table to sit and relax in the evenings and watch the sunset.

The property is very clean, maid service weekly and sheets and towels (including beach towels) of very good quality. The Goldenview property and gardens are also beautifully clean.

The appartment is well located, within walking distance to shops, supermarket, lime grove shopping mall and beaches.

The owners Walter and Leeza are extremely kind and welcoming. We spent a great morning with Walter for a tour of the north of the island. It was much appreciated and we enjoyed his company. They are also very accessible to answer questions.

We would highly recommend this property to family and friends.

The units were purchased because we felt that the location and price were attractive and could provide a great retirement location at a later date.

Nearest Airport : Grantley Adams Airport at 15 Miles Nearest Golf : Sandy Lane at 1 Miles Nearest Beach : Holetown/Vauxhall at 1 Miles Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

A beautiful white sandy beach is located 7-10 minutes (walking) from the property.

Travel:

Barbados has a reasonably efficient public transport service particularly on week days. However, car rental is recommended for site-seeing.

Distances:

Bridgetown (the capital) is approximately 7 miles from the property. Grantley Adams International Airport is approximately 15 miles from the property.

Further Details:

Property is located a short distance from supermarket, banks, restaurants, shops and beach.

It is a very peaceful location. There is a Chinese restaurant on site that opens 6 days a week.
