Well positioned on the edge of a small luxury development and just a very short drive to the local shops and tavernas.
About Angela Parouti
Owned by a very successful business man from the Midlands. Having a large family means that we need a large villa but of course want the same standards as at home. We often holiday with our extended family so having 2 villas side by side, (our other villa is the neighbouring Adonis Villa), means we can have the very best of everything including our own space!!

Why Angela Parouti chose Alethriko
We chose this location because we like to totally escape the stresses of a busy business and retreat to the tranquility that Alethriko offers. Additionally, Cyprus offers a perfect holiday destination because we all love the warmer climate so Cyprus provides that and more from as early as March through until the end of November!
What makes this villa unique
The villa is perfectly placed on the edge of a small luxury development. The local area is very scenic and yet very close to the main highway so perfectly placed on the Island. As Larnaca is a locals town as well as a resort it offers the best of everything. Unlike Protaras and Ayia Napa which are very commercialised, Larnaca is a very cosmopolitan town and is an all year round destination and not just during the main holiday season from April to October. As well as escaping for our main holidays we also enjoy long weekends. As Alethriko is very close to the airport (although not on the flight path) a long weekend is very attractive!

Great location, clean and modern
We are a family of 4 with teenage children. We liked the fact the villa had a pool, double beds in 3 rooms giving both ourselves and kids their own space, wifi and air con included! The location was ideal as we hired a car and could explore both the east and west of the island and were only 15 mins from Larnaca airport.
When we contacted Angela, she came straight back to us and was very helpful both before and while we were there.
When booking, payment is made direct to her but this was very easy and although we were nervous, it all went very smoothly.
The villa was clean, large, well equipped and modern. The bedding was lovely and beds very comfy with air conditioning in the bedrooms.
There were 3 bathrooms which was very helpful.
Please note there is no to signal so make sure you pack kodi or iPad if you want to watch some tele.
The villa is remote so best to hire a car but has a petrol station, bank, Greek restaurant and bakery (amazing) within walking distance and it's very close to the main highway and a supermarket.
We stayed 1 week but could of easily stayed longer.
Angela allowed us to have a late check out which allowed us an extra day around the pool.
Would definitely recommend, the photos don't do it justice.
Perfect in every way!
Our stay at the Aphrodite Villa was an amazing experience, our arrival was made painless by the delightful Angela who held our hand through the process. Angela prefers the money to be transferred into her account to lower the cost and save paying additional money to sites. The villa was extremely easy to find just a short distance from the main road in in a quiet residential area.
The house was truly beautiful and extreme well kept, it felt like walking into a Premiership footballer's house. All amenities were available and the WIFI was a godsend for the kids. The pool outside is well maintained and the sun can be caught throughout the whole day.
A welcome pack was left on the table which included detailed local information on where to go and eat. We had hired a car and frequently drove into Larnaca which was only a 15 minute drive away.
I fully recommend this Villa and will certainly be staying here again.

Un petit coin de paradis
Un séjour de rêve ! La maison était nickel, spacieuse et lumineuse. Le barbecue et la piscine ont parfait notre séjour à Chypre. Angela, qui nous accueilli a été vraiment adorable et nous a aidé pour toutes nos questions pratiques, toutes les informations étaient entre nos mains.

The ultimate in five star privacy and seclusion
If you are looking for a relaxing paradise then this comes pretty close. We spent 2 weeks in this stunning villa which has its own private pool; which kept 2 teenage boys extremely happy all day long! All the rooms are stylishly decorated to an incredibly high standard.... the beds are soooo comfortable.
Angela and her team keep the villa spotlessly clean and nothing is too much trouble; she will even fill your fridge ready for your arrival. The gorgeous beaches (with warm sea!) are only 10 minutes away by car and it's a perfect base from which to explore the lovely surrounding areas of Larnaca.
We loved it from start to finish, you really only
need to bring yourselves, they have thought of everything. We will definitely be coming back again for our Winter break ❤️👏👍
Fabulous family villa
Just returned from a 10 day stay in this fabulous villa. Immaculately presented with everything you need from the essential corkscrew and bottle opener to beach towels and clothes pegs! Peaceful location and no flight path (considering short distance from airport) I would 100% recommend this villa for couples or family. Small tip ... do not overpack-spent most of the holiday in bikini and shorts!! A car is recommended to be able to travel the beautiful surrounding areas. Will definitely be re-booking next year !!!👍
fantastic family villa!!!
This is a very modern villa which has been well looked after and very nicely designed! The bedrooms were lovely and beautifully furnished. The villa is located a short drive away from the main town but we also enjoyed some relaxed evenings at the villa using the BBQ provided. I would recommend hiring a car to explore the other wonderful places of the island. The owners are a lovely family and were kind enough to provide a booklet with everything we should see and do whilst staying there - their recommendations were exceptional! The nearest beach is just 5 minutes away! It was a fantastic holiday and a lovely place to stay during our two weeks. I would recommend this to any family - look forward to returning again next year!!

Nearby attractions include:- Just 5 minutes drive away is the recently opened Olympic standard shooting range in Klavdia, (hosts to the European Championship Shotgun event which is run by the European Shooting Confederation), Lefkara, a traditional lace making village, Mazatos Animal Park, Ten Pin Bowling, Cinema and Go karting........something for every body.
Coast/Beach:
Larnaca town has several sandy beaches with sun beds, umbrellas, water sports, scuba diving, snack bars and restaurants. Other quiet beaches which are ideal for a picnic are 10 mins drive and the famous golden sands of Ayia Napa and Protaras are 40-50 mins drive. A great central location for exploring.
Travel:
15km to Larnaca International Airport (15 minutes drive). 1 hr 15 minutes drive to Paphos International Airport.
Distances:
The beauty of Alethriko is that while the village is so tranquil and idyllic, it is only a 2 minute drive to the main motorway and centrally placed on the island so anyone wanting to explore the many things Cyprus has to offer can do so with ease. Larnaca 15 mins, Larnaca Airport 15 mins, Nicosia 40 mins, Limassol 25 mins, Ayia Napa 40 mins, Paphos 1 hr 15 minutes, Troodos Mountains 1 hour.

Larnaca is a very cosmopolitan town offering everything you need for a fantastic holiday. It is often unappreciated by those who don’t know any better, who think it is merely home for the islands main International Airport. Larnaca boasts a beautiful promenade lined with palm trees and pavement cafes, a marina full of multi-million pound yachts and boats, boat trips, world-wide cuisine, great shopping (Zara and Mango are here!), sandy beaches, water sports, good nightlife, history, culture and tradition. In addition to all of the things Larnaca its self has to offer it is perfectly placed on the island making it an ideal base from which to explore the rest of the island.
Aphrodite Villa is 1km from the centre of the village and just a short walk to the nearest taverna-12 EUR for a massive meze (big mix of grilled meats, salad and lovely Cypriot potatoes). Lots of other tavernas within 15 minutes' drive to many of the nearby villages or a 15 minute drive down the coast to Zigi or Makenzie for a fabulous fish meze.You are spoilt for choice and certainly won't go hungry!!
There is a good supermarket in the village, and other larger ones 10 minutes drive away in the next village. Mega supermarkets like Carrefour 15 minutes drive away in Larnaca.
To enable you to start your holiday from the minute you arrive, a grocery welcome pack is available. List the items of your choice i.e. water, milk, bread, butter, cereal, fruit, eggs, fruit juice, tea, coffee, beer, wine etc. and they will be in the villa waiting for you-beers and wine will be in the fridge! Your holiday starts from the minute you arrive!
Our property manager (Angela) who is English and lives nearby will meet you at the villa on your arrival to welcome you and to hand over keys and show you around the villa. Should you require any assistance/advice during your stay Angela will be more than happy to help. Maps and guide books are provided in the villa.
