Hi, we live in the Surrey. I am English and my wife is Spanish, I work for a staircase company but have spent all my working life in the tableware industry. We have two great boys , aged 18 & 15 and two lovely Spanish Breton dogs rescued from Mallorca.
After several holidays in Mallorca we decided to live in Spain and we lived at our beautiful home until September 2009.
The villa is only 20 mins from the airport. Our home has a lovely feeling , a traditional colonial house and extremely close by are the beaches, harbours, shops, restaurants, walks etc.

The main house can be rented without the apartment.
A small discount may be applicable.
The apartment can only be rented with the house. Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. The Euro currency is also accepted. A 25% deposit with booking, balance 8 weeks prior to departure. £500 refundable breakages deposit payable with balance.
We also offer short term breaks.
We are very flexible but Saturday is preferred, but other days will be considered subject to availability. Villa available from 3pm and we ask that you vacate by 10am.
Though we are extremely flexible on times.
Notes on prices:
The list prices quoted are for the use of the main house (total sleeping 9 guests).
The guest-apartment (sleeps 4) is available with the house at an additional cost of £900 per week.

Electricity: average consumption in the summer is less than 200 watts p/w. House - free 250 watts p/w , apartment - free 100 watts p/w.
The electricity is charged at £50.00 per every 100 watts after the free. We expect no extra
