Apartment in L'Estartit, Costa Brava, Spain - 10 Minute Walk to Stunning L'Estartit Beach and the Bustling Port Area with Bars and Restaurants

L'Estartit is a renowned Scuba-diving destination. This newly-decorated and furnished 1 bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the Miami II complex, which is a small block of recently refurbished privately-owned apartments. It would be ideally suited to a couple, up to 3 friends sharing, or a family with 2 children. Wi Fi is available in the apartment, access and payment details can be obtained upon arrival at the same time as key collection. The complex includes a lift and a communal pool, with sunbathing area and lawn. The apartment includes a large terrace which is great for outdoor eating, and for enjoying sunset drinks overlooking the pool and the mountains. Our apartment is registered for holiday rentals with the local council/adjuntment.

The Miami 11 complex is situated a short walk from L'Estartit beach, with a range of bars and restaurants nearby and a 10 minute walk from a larger choice of restaurants in the port area.

Notes on accommodation: Mainly privately-owned apartments within this recently refurbished complex. Ramp entrance to main foyer, lift to all floors, and apartment itself is on one level. Outside: Large terrace leading off both the main living room and bedroom, with table and seating for 4 people. Ideally situated for alfresco dining in the beautiful Costa Brava climate. Excellent views. Communal swimming pool with sunbathing area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Property is cleaned and prepared prior to arrival and for bookings longer than one week a second clean after 7 days is included. Towels and bedlinen included for length of stay (excluding beach towels, which are available to hire locally). Other: Large terrace with table and seating for 4 people. Overlooks pool. Positioned so that it receives the afternoon and evening sun, and has stunning views over Rocamaura mountain and the medieval fort at Torroella de Montgris.

The apartment is only a 5 minute walk to L'Estartit beach. This is a very wide, gently sloping beach, making it safe for children. It stretches all the way to Platja de Pals, and has most water activities available. Just offshore are the 'Isles Medes', a group of small protected islands home to thousands of species of fish and birds, this makes it one of Europe's best Scuba-diving destinations, with many dive operators in the resort.


The nearest airport is Girona, which is approx 45 minutes drive. Barcelona and Perpignan (France) are both approx 90 minutes drive away. Airport transfers can be arranged if required.


The Dali Museum at Figueres is 50 minutes drive, and Dali's house in Pubol is a 30 minute scenic drive away. The medieval towns of Pals and Begur are approx 15 minutes drive. Empuries Roman ruins and L'Escala are 20 minutes drive. Barcelona is approx 90 minutes away by car, or can easily be visited as part of an excursion, or by train (from Flaca, which is approx 25 minutes drive from L'Estartit). Girona is often overlooked, but makes for a great day out and is only 40 minutes drive.

Further Details:

There are a number of supermarkets nearby, most including a bakery for your morning baguettes or croissants. Selection of shops and banks in the old town area. Nearest restaurants only 2-3 minutes walk, with a larger selection of quality restaurants 10 minutes walk away near the old town and Port, with lots of al-fresco seating. The whole Port area has wi-fi availability.

Preferred changeover days during high season are Saturday or Sunday and flexible at other times.
