Sleeps up to 5. 1 bedroom apartment in popular Cote Brune residence with stunning alpine views. Lift and private car parking. Secure ski locker in the basement for equipment storage. The main Jandri express lift is only 2 minutes (flat) walk giving you access to the whole mountain with the free beginner lift right outside. It is a 2 minute walk into the heart of the town. During winter, you can ski to the door. Due to the resort's high altitude, skiing is available all year round. Deux Alpes also has the largest snow park in Europe. The resort has a lot to offer people of all ages both during the Winter and Summer seasons. There are lots of good restaurants and bars, nightclubs for the younger age group, all round a great resort.

Notes on accommodation: Ideal for families as children can play outside on the nursery slopes and conditions allowing you can ski back directly to the building. The a great location with no hills or steps to climb to the main Jandri lift. Non-smoking apartment. No pets. Heating is provided in each room by individual electric heaters. Outside: Private car park with secure barrier. We have a lockable ski locker in the basement for the safe-keeping of your equipment. The apartment overlooks the large garden area which is a lovely area in both winter and summer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: You will be contacted in advance and met in the resort by our English keyholder. Bedlinen is available at 10 euros per person and towels 5 euros per person. A mandatory cleaning fee of £45 in addition to the rental price to be paid with the deposit.

Great accommodation in a great location

The apartment was very well-suited and comfortable for the 2 to 4 people we had at times during our stay. It is also very well-situated near the Diable lift and Jandri gondola for skiing, as well as the center of town. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Perfect location

We had a great holiday (2 adults and 2 children).

The location is great. On the slopes.

The apartment is compact but has everything requird for a family holiday and was very comfortable.

I would definitely go back.

Did what it said on the packet. Ideal position for all the access to the ski area.

Apartment was fitted out well & local service on arrival was great. Parking in front of block was great (once people left on sat morning, we did go on very busy week)

One really good extra was the additional security locks on the door to the apartment, really nice to have when you were out on slopes all day.

Sited at quite end of village but 2 local super markets within a 5 minute walk.

I would go back if I was to go to resort again.

Special interest holidays:

Apart from all the usual ski and snowboard activities, during the summer months, there are a wide variety of other activities such as mountain biking, fishing, bungee jumping, golf, paragliding, white water rafting etc plus there is a large skateboard ramp, tennis, a small golf course and other various sporting activities. The walks are also beautiful and the resort lays on a whole range of activities which vary from week to week.


Geneva airport, Switzerland approx 200km 2hrs 15mins by car. Chambery airport, France approx 120km 1hr 40 mins by car. Grenoble airport, France approx 100km 1hr 30 mins by car. Lyon airport, France approx 150km 2hrs 15mins by car. There are bus services from all airports to Grenoble and a regular service bus from Grenoble to resort. A local company (Bens Bus) runs a direct bus service from Grenoble, Lyon, Chambery airports to resort. Calais sea port/euro tunnel is approx 8 hrs by car.


The ski resort of Alpe D'Huez is accessible about 20km, 25mins by car. Serre Chevalier is about 50km, 1 hour by car. Both these resorts can be accessed by local bus which is very cheap and well worth the trip. A 6 day lift pass also covers these resorts at no extra cost. You can also take the helicopter over to Alpes D`huez for a days skiing for around 65 euros per person return.

Further Details:

You will be met by our very helpful key holder who will be on hand during your stay in case of any queries who can also arrange for ski hire,ski lessons, activities and a welcome pack if required. There are as many shops, bars and restaurants as the discerning holidaymaker needs. For those self catering there is a large supermarket 'Marche U' about 10 minutes walk which is open everyday till late. This supermarket is well stocked and caters for all needs and is not expensive. Also close by are three smaller supermarkets. There are several banks with 24hr cash points. There is a large, heated, outdoor swimming pool and ice-rink (these are free to skiers with lift passes of two days or more!).

Booking Notes:
Rents are payable in sterling. A £150 deposit will secure your dates (non refundable). Balances to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. A refundable security guarantee of 300 euros will held by credit card by our key holder upon arrival.

Once your deposit of £150 has been paid our keyholder Sarah Wilson will send full registration details.

Changeover Day:
Normal change over day Saturday, other days may be possible by prior arrangement. Check in between 3pm & 8pm, keys left for secure pick up after these times. Check out by 10am.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. We also accept payment in Euros. Bedlinen & towels can be provided at an additional 15 euros per person. There is an additional £45 end of stay cleaning fee on prices stated. A Security/damage deposit is payable to the key holder on arrival. Ski passes, lessons, off piste guiding, equipment hire, helicopter and skidoo rides can all be arranged, payable locally. Winter season: early December -end April. Summer season: mid June -end August

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
