This luxury apartment is located on "The Island" at Corvera Golf & Country Club, a 5 star gated resort with on site security. The property is "front line" golf and the spacious main terrace overlooks the driving range and the 14th green, as well as having amazing views over the whole resort. This apartment is superbly furnished and will sleep 6/7 adults very comfortably, in 3 bedrooms, all in single beds. There are two bathrooms, one en-suite to the master bedroom which boasts a bath and overhead shower. The second bathroom has a walk in shower cubicle. There is dining space inside, as well as outside on the terrace, with a gas BBQ available for alfresco dining. The shared swimming pools are a short stroll away. The property has a dedicated parking space. The airport at San Javier is approx 25 mins away, Alicante 45 mins and the new airport at Corvera is approx 5 mins away. The beaches of the Mar Menor and The Med are only a 25 min drive. Murcia City 15 mins and Cartagena 30 mins.

We purchased this property as it was very spacious, bright and well laid out, internally as well as externally. The views are second to none and it is so peaceful and relaxing. We like the options of travelling around and exploring, playing golf or just lazing by the pool.

What makes this apartment unique

The airport of San Javier is only 25 mins away and Alicante 50 mins away.Ideal for shorter stays and golfing trips. The local people are very friendly and the restaurants offer excellent food without the massive price tags of the main tourist resorts. A must for Tapas lovers.

Notes on accommodation: The property is situated on the island, "front line" golf, first floor and boasts amazing views over the 14th green and driving range with the wider view covering the entire resort against the back drop of the mountains. The club house can also be seen from the main terrace. Each area has private gardens which are beautifully planted & maintained. The shared pools are very child friendly and there are many children's play areas only a short stroll away, with adult exercise equipment for the more sporty! Outside: The resort boasts many other activities including horse riding, mountain biking, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball & football. The beaches of The Med & Mar Menor are only approx 25 mins away. Utility Room: Mop & bucket, brush, dust pan & brush. Iron & ironing board. Washing machine & clothes dryer. Vacuum cleaner & hair dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The property will be cleaned before each occupancy. Towels and bedlinen are provided for each guest, but we do not supply beach/pool towels. We ask that guests supply their own and do not use the bathroom towels for this purpose. Other: The main terrace has a large table with 6 chairs but will seat 8 people. The covered pergola offers some shade and there are 5 sun loungers. A summer kitchen is available with gas BBQ, 4 gas rings, fridge, sink, bar area & stools.

Lovely apartment

Apartment is really lovely and spacious with all modern facilities. It has a fantastic outdoor kitchen area on the terrace which was so nice to be able to BBQ on the terrace whilst enjoying the beautiful views.

The complex was very nice and had a good sociable clubhouse. The pool outside the apartment was really lovely and clean. You do need a hire car to get out and about.

We had a really lovely family holiday and enjoyed the use of all the facilities. Thoroughly recommended and we would definitely go back again sometime.

Corvera village is only a 20 min walk or 5 min car drive. The village has a bank, butchers, fishmonger, 2 supermarkets, a bakery and numerous bars & restaurants offering Tapas, steaks & fish. The nearby village of Banos y Mendigo has a great restaurant with very friendly staff. For Chinese or Indian food a short drive of 20 mins takes you to Roldan.
