This property is a delight. We stayed for a week. The area is just beautiful with Pollenca and Port Pollenca not very far away.

The pool is just what you need to cool off in the evening after a day sight seeing or just for a quiet few hours relaxing and chilling. Our hosts couldn't have been more helpful with local helpful information and an added bonus was that they provided us with fresh produce from the garden and freshly laid eggs when available. There are lemons everywhere to pick at your leisure.

The property had good air conditioning which we found essential during July for the night time. The only slight draw back could be the lack of head room on the mezzanine bedroom if you are tall.

Overall - it was all delightful and I thoroughly recommend it.

Thank you to our lovely host for such a brilliant week.

Can Pontico in Pollensa

Accommodation was just as described. Very comfortable, lots of outside space to sunbathe and relax and full use of pool. Owners very friendly and knowledgable regarding area. Very quiet but only a 5 minute drive or 30 minute brisk stroll to old town. Close to lluc and Alcudia.

Welcomed with eggs from owners chickens, lemons from their orchard and a bottle of wine made by the owner. Plus a Lovely treat of apricots pickedresh from the tree. Lovely to sit in the square in the town enjoying a drink and watching the world go by. Owners dog very friendly and well behaved.

Holiday for 2 in Pollenca in Spring

The property is very clean and is situated in a very attractive garden with good views towards the surrounding hills. There is picturesque 30-35 minute walk on footpaths and quiet roads from the property into the town of Pollenca. There are lots of good restaurants both there and in the nearby Puerto Pollenca. We also enjoyed a nice long walk from the property up into the hills. Unfortunately, an unusually cold and wet spell of weather meant that we weren't able to spend any time in or by the pool. We got on very well with Gotzon, the owner, who showed us how to work the airconditioning/heating unit, the cooker and the TV. The bedroom is situated in an awkward place up a steep wooden stairway on to a mezzanine floor that offered very little headroom against the roof beams. The rest of the property was fine. I would recommend the property to couples who are still reasonably active. I would not recommend going to northern Majorca in March or April as the roads around Pollenca and Alcudia are chock-full of professional and amateur cyclists - unless, of course, you are a cycling enthusiast yourself.

Fantastic Oasis

It was our first time in Can Pontico, but for sure not the last. Super beautiful and just perfect for a couple in love. Flowers all over, great deco taste, didnt have to remove anything, as we sometimes have to. Exellent location, mountain view. Dont hesitate to book, but dont get in the way of our next holiday.

Quiet location with good access, near town and the sea. Why choose a property owner in Pollença. Because of the tranquility of the area. There are some beautiful beaches and the marina has a wide range of bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible with Palma airport less than an hour's drive.
