Beautifully furnished, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4, open plan living space, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bathroom, separate wc and large balcony leading from sitting room. Situated on the 2rd floor with lift access. Ground floor ski locker/boot room. Ample parking in front of the chalet. Ski bus stop 50 metres, direct to the village centre and the new Kedeuse Telecabine in 10 minutes, providing rapid access to the Grand Massif and over 265km of pistes, including the resorts of Flaine, Samoens, Morillon and Sixt. Les Carroz is suitable for all levels of ability, from absolute beginners and children to highly experienced skiers and snowboarders. Serviced by a wealth of modern amenities, the resort is an ideal location for families. There are restaurants and bars to suit all tastes, shops, creche facilities, a choice of ski schools plus numerous sporting and leisure activities.

About Jane

We come skiiing as a family and find it easy to come and go individually around Les Carroz. For anyone not skiing in the winter the village is charming, and in the summer the scenery is stunning.

We bought this flat because we had stayed in Les Carroz several times and loved the skiiing and the village. These apartments have all mod cons and are great for easy access to the ski bus and slopes.

Fantastic Chalet in an Ideal location

A beautiful chalet with fantastic views from the balcony and a really well set out interior which was very cosy and warm throughout our stay. On our arrival we was impressed as soon as we went through the Chalet block entrance to the beautiful decor on the inside of the lobby area, there was a lift up to our floor and then the magic started when we opened the apartment door. A really well furnished apartment with all the creature comforts to make us feel completely at home, we could not of wished for a better Christmas present. Located opposite the spa with views over looking the ski slopes and pine covered mountains it really was ideal, and with a free bus service running every 20mins which stops outside the Chalet it was very easy to kit up in our ski gear (which we also had a locker to store it all in at night) and jump on the bus straight to the ski lift. If you miss the bus it was only a 10 mins walk in to the centre of the quaint little village. There are plenty of restaurants and bars, and we were always greeted with a friendly welcome from the locals. Overall a wonderful experience in a beautiful setting. The chalet was easy to book and all of our questions to the owner were answered immediately.

Fabulous location!

We had such a wonderful holiday in Les Carroz. We had never been to the Alps in the summer before and it far exceeded our expectations. Les Carroz is such a lovely village and there was so much to do with our two boys (age 5 & 7). The appartment is opposite the swimming pools and we went every day! We also got the telecabin to the top of the mountain and did some lovely walks, went horse riding, parachuted off the mountain, enjoyed the high ropes course, played tennis, badminton.... The list goes on!

There was a great choice of restaurants and cafes and the tourist office always had events/ music in the square. We even went to Le Croix de Savoie, a Michelin starred restaurant, and they were so welcoming to the kids.

The surrounding area was beautiful. We particularly enjoyed Lake Passy where the kids could play on the beach and swim.

We would love to return!

This was one of the best holidays that we have had , Les Carroz is a lovely little town with good restaurants and very very friendly.

Wonderful stay in Les Carroz

This was our third time staying in Les Carroz at summer time . We love it here . Apartment is cosy and welcoming , with everything you need and the balcony view looking out towards the mountain and village is beautiful and many a bottle of wine was drank outside . The apartment is right opposite the swimming pool which is ideal for the kids. Great base also for exploring local areas , Chamonix a must and Annecy , which is one of the most stunning places I have ever been to . Last night of our holiday , it rained but the village centre still had on some entertainment and gave everyone free mulled wine !! Looking forward to our next trip .

WOW

Great location, overlooking the village with the ski slopes in the background, peaceful and quiet yet only a ten minute walk to the village centre or just a few minutes on the free bus!

On arrival the apartment was spotless, all the towels and bed linen were in place, a very well equipped kitchen, huge TV, piles of DVDs, and overall a much larger floor area than other similar apartments I have rented!

The property is looked after by an agency in the village, who were very cheerful, and efficient.

Ski lockers are in the neighbouring building and from there it is a 50 metre walk to the bus stop and then on to the main ski lift , this service operates all day!

The new pool complex is just a 5 minute walk.

Les Carroz is a great village with something for everyone.
