Apartment in Son Caliu, Nr. Palma Nova, Mallorca, Balearic Islands - Peaceful Location Less Than 1 Minute Walk To The Beach And Local Restaurants

The apartment is located in a well established complex with pretty gardens and a lovely swimming pool with separate children's pool. The apartment sits in a quiet spot amongst palm trees and well manicured gardens. Its bright, modern and spacious layout is perfect for a summer holiday or winter let alike. The complex is less than a minute walk to the local beach and some excellent restaurants as well as a large supermarket, bars, taxi rank and main bus route to Palma. Situated in a family complex of residential homes it is not suitable for noisy partying.

This is a non service apartment, we do not provide daily maid service, touristic services or transfers to and from the airport.

Mallorca continues to be our favourite holiday location in Europe. We decided to buy this lovely apartment for our future visits. Mallorca is a fabulous island with a vast wealth of pleasures for all age groups to enjoy . We travel a lot with family in the UK, Mallorca, Australia and Canada hence there is time available for others to enjoy our well located apartment.

Son Caliu Beach is a lovely local beach with excellent services which is less than one minute walk away from the apartment. Palma Nova main beach is less than a 10 minute walk away. Portals beach and Portals Marina with its exclusive shops and restaurants is a five minute drive away.


Palma De Mallorca Airport is a 20 minute drive away from the apartment. The ferry port that services Barcelona and the other Balearic Islands is approximately a 10 minute drive away in Porto Pi.

Economic regular bus services run down the coast to Palma from the road alongside the apartments.


The apartment is only a 15 minute drive into the sophisticated town of Palma, perfect for an evening out. The family-friendly beach resort of Palma Nova is less than a 10 minute walk away and the exclusive Puerto Portals and its famous marina is only a 5 minute drive away.

Notes on accommodation: There is private underground parking available. The apartment is located on the first floor. Outside: There is a lovely balcony ideal for alfresco dining and relaxing. A dining table for 4 people with 4 reclining chairs positioned for a well-earned evening cocktail. Well tended gardens with mature trees and bushes. Grass and poolside seating areas in the sunshine or shade. Communal swimming pool with a separate children's pool. There are 4 Sun beds, grey base with blue cover (marked D44), for the sole use of this apartment situated around the swimming pool in the summer. Utility Room: Washing machine, dishwasher and storage area. Towels / Linen: Bath towels, hand towels, beach towels and bed linen are included. This is a non service apartment.

Apartment in good location

Just returned from a fantastic holiday in Son Caliu. This apartment is bright and comfortable set in a lovely quiet complex within walking distance of Palma Nova.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and well maintained. It was a bonus to have British Sky TV to watch the Football and follow the Brexit campaign. The apartment had a

Well equipped kitchen but the local restaurant were of a good standard as well. Our contact Steve was extremely helpful. My husband and son came to Palma Nova to do some Scuba Diving and had a number of excellent dives courtesy of the Big Blue Diving Club in Palma Nova.

The small cove with a beach in Son Caliu is certainly worth a visit and has a few good restaurants as well.

I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

we have just returned to bonnie scotland after spending three weeks in mallorca.this apartment is beautiful.the complex is so well maintained.we had a fantastic stay in sol y vida..the apartment has been furnished to a very high standard.kitchen has all the equipment..and more than you would ever need..in a perfect location.i love to cook and large supermarket directly over the road..we hope to holiday here again in 2015...cannot recommend it highly enough...

Booking Notes:
Damage Deposit Required €300 payable as cash at check-in. This deposit is fully refundable provided the apartment is found to be in the same condition we present at check-in. We require a 50 percent deposit to secure booking dates and the final payment is due ONE MONTH prior to arrival.
Clients have responsibility for the keys and their return, any loss whilst in your charge will incur a fee of €50 plus an additional €35 if the garage/gate clicker is lost.
