Lovely comfomfortable appartment and generously kitted out with everything we needed. Owners very welcoming. A short walk to the sea (ideal for an early morning swim) and restaurants around the pretty port and great views to the mountains from the balcony in the evening. Short trip to Soller town and train trip to Palma through the mountains recommended. Would definitely stay here again.

A lovely apartment . . . .

. . . good location, beach at the front, mountain views at the rear, clean and well furnished , BUT, the furniture on the balcony was very poor. Small hardwood chairs, nothing comfortable to relax on, and no shade from the morning sunshine and heat - in all the balcony wasn't really of much use. Which is unfortunate because Miguel and his daughter were really nice and very helpful.

Owner very attentive and apt well maintained

We stayed there for a week and were quite satisfied. The owner was very attentive. All our questions were promptly answered through emails, thus we didn't have any surprises when we arrived there. The apartment is located on the top floor of a 4 story building with a view of Soller. There is an elevator, so getting up and down was not a problem. But having to open and lock a total of 3 doors to get in and out of building was a bit of pain (1 apt door, 1 building door, and 1 security gate), albeit it provides good security. The first impression of the apt was that it was clean, well-maintained, and well-equipped. Especially the kitchen had all the necessary equipment to prepare a decent meal. The bedrooms were comfortable with ample storage space. What impressed me most was that the whole apt was well thought out and equipped in detail to meet the need of travelers. When we stayed there (it was during winter), there was hardly anybody around, so it was very quiet at night. I can imagine it would be also quiet enough in the summer, since it is a bit removed from the town center. All in all, a good experience.

A wonderful apartment

We have just returned from a two week stay in this apartment and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The pictures are absolutely accurate and everything was included for a wonderful holiday. To lie in bed in the morning and watch the light change over the mountains was magical. We did many fantastic walks and loved coming back to the apartment to relax. We tended to eat out at lunch-time and cook a meal at night in the very well equipped kitchen. No English TV but we had taken a box-set to enjoy on the DVD player. The weather was not great when we were there but still enjoyed a good few drinks on the sunny balcony!
