This recently renovated spacious old farmhouse with its predessors shown on the 1758 maps as a small hamlet near to a now long gone nunnery. It sits in 1 acre of land with gardens surrounding the house and at the end of 400m road hidden off the main Villebaudon to Hambye road, with extensive views to the north and pasture land to the south. The house faces south and has a pleasant walled garden that takes the sun all day. The terrace on the west elevation is ideal for evening meals and it receives the afternoon and evening sun. The dining room is of a banquet hall design and proportions. It has a huge oak dining table to seat 12, Louise 13th massif oak furniture, a large open fire ideal for cuisinerie sur feu du bois, candle lit walls, electric lighting with a dimmer switch operated chandelier and radiant lighting to the wood lined roof that produces the ideal ambience for long dinner parties.

Linen and towels not included. £85 charge for cleaning on vacating property (not charged if the house is fully cleaned and ready for the next guest before leaving). A £100.00 bond is required as security against breakages, fully and immediately repaid if not required
