This Stylishly Decorated Apartment Is only 150m from one of the loveliest bays In the Med. Apartment Olivia is a luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse apartment close to the lovely Pine Walk area of Puerto Pollensa and the famous Hotel Illa D'or. The apartment has WiFi and a stereo sound system with Bluetooth connectivity. The development has communal gardens and a super 3 tier swimming pool (with children's section). There is a deli/ mini market at the front of the development where fresh bread, croissants, coffee etc is served daily. There is free car parking at the front of the development.

Bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are all within easy walking distance.

The apartment has air conditioning throughout and satellite TV. and DVD player.

Many guests return each year and we have achieved a 5 Star rating on review sites. The apartment has a new kitchen and also a newly refurbished hotel style bathroom and shower room.

The apartment is tastefully furnished and bedding is from John Lewis and Marks and Spencers. John Lewis mattress toppers are on the king size bed and 2 single beds.

About Maggie Boyd

When we first bought the apartment our daughters were at junior school and we have stayed in the apartment with young children, teenagers, young adults and grandparents. We try to think of the needs of all the generations. Our family still love P. Pollensa and want to come with us all the time.

As well as refurbishing the apartment we have also renovated it as well with a new advanced technology air con system and a contemporary kitchen and bathrooms.

We also employ the longest established Management Company in the resort., Ideal Property Management, to assist guests and maintain the apartment. On two week lets there is a mid stay clean and laundry change (on the middle Friday).

Nothing is too much trouble and on review sites we achieve a 5 stars

Why Maggie Boyd chose Puerto Pollensa

When we decided to buy apartment Olivia we had the choice of several apartments in the Sangrila. We chose Apartment Olivia because of its super position on the other side of the pool which faces the mountains at the back with the sea views across the roof tops from the roof terrace. We wanted to be in the quieter location in the Sangrila and have never regretted the choice of apartment.

When we walked on to the enormous roof terrace we immediately fell in love with the apartment. We have a seating and sunbathing area on the roof.

We have also installed a pergola plus dining table and have planted up the borders with flowers, shrubs and palm plants which are tended by our gardener.

The proximity to the beautiful Pine walk and beaches is also a real plus.

What makes this apartment unique

We have holidayed with children for may years and make sure there are books, buckets and spades, inflatables, DVD's etc for them to enjoy.

For adults we have also provided books, DVD's etc. We have also installed a retractable blind on the balcony allowing guests to sit in the shade if preferred.

We like to add little extra touches, such as Cava and toiletries on arrival. We don't charge for use of our high chair or travel cot or small welcome pack as we want guests to feel happy and at home

We try to make the apartment as comfortable as possible and go that extra mile to make sure everything runs really smoothly for guests. To assist us with this we use an English speaking Management Company who are on hand to help out when needed.

We had a break to Olivia in May, The apartment is fantastic, fully equipped with everything you could need. We just couldn't get over the size of the roof terrace' the photos just don't do it justice.

No touristic services included . Utility Room: There is a separate utility with washing machine, ironing board and iron. We leave out buckets, spades, fishing nets, inflatables etc for kiddies to use. There is also a high chair available free of charge for our little guests to use Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person are included (please bring your own beach towels). Our Management Company are on hand to help should you need them. Other: A particular feature of this property is the huge roof terrace which acts as a private garden. Excellent Apartment

The apartment was fantastic, it was very clean and spacious. It was very well stocked for our family and this even included DVD's and a selection of toys, which our four year old throughly enjoyed. There's a handy washing machine machine which is a blessing with a little one. The roof terrace is an amazing addition, a real little gem. The location of the apartment is fantastic( I have issues with walking long distances and I found it a short walk to the beach and restaurants). There's a fantastic little restaurant/bistro just on your doorstep. The supermarket offers a wide selection of essentials and you can have a glass of wine and a spot of something to eat at the cafe/bistro.

Maggie, the owner of the apartment, is such a lovely, helpful lady. All of my questions and queries were dealt with very promptly and efficiently. Maggie goes above and beyond what's expected to make your holiday enjoyable. We will be returning to the apartment this year, and consider ourselves to be regulars.

Everything we wanted

We stay at Olivia in September 2016. The driving to the apartment was easy. The holiday and apartment was everything we wanted. The apartment was clean, the bed comfy, kitchen well equipped, the décor very tasteful and restful. The balcony looks over the lovely pool area. The additional bonus of the roof terrace was fabulous. There were enough sun loungers to sun bathe, if you wanted to, and space to dry out our towels. The best part was using the area to eat supper or have a bbq in the evening. There is a shop/bar about 25 metres away selling essentials, fresh baked bread and pastries and the essential wine. Location was good with just a stroll to the Pine Walk and the lovely beaches and restaurants in the area. We hired a car and were spoilt by the many beautiful beaches and bays the area has to offer. We would certainly return.

majorca, puerto pollenca

We arrived to find a spotless 3 bedroom apartment spacious enough for the 6 of us, a kitchen with all the usual whistles and bells and with the added bonus of a laundry room. The balcony overlooking the swimming pool where we dined most days was ideal.

The private rooftop terrace had wonderful views with sun loungers, built in brick Barbeque, sink, dining table, etc. Although the swimming pool was more than adequate, the beach and excellent restaurants were no more than 200 to 300 yards away. All in all, a wonderful location and a memorable holiday.

Spacious & well-equipped apt in a lovely complex

This has to be one of the nicest apartments we've stayed in for quite a while in Majorca - and we've stayed in many over the years.

The apartment is spacious, well-furnished, exceptionally clean & well-kept and has absolutely everything we needed (& more!). All those annoying things that you have to buy in most other apartments have already thoughtfully been supplied by Maggie - so washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, tea-bags, coffee, condiments, toiletries, cleaning products, etc are all there, along with an abundance of the usual - blankets, towels, plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery, pans, utensils, etc.

The apartment has a lovely view over the pool area and as well as the table & chairs on the balcony there is a private roof terrace with more table & chairs, sofas, sun loungers, a shower, barbecue & sink !! Again - very spacious, well -equipped and well-kept.

It is situated in a nice quiet area of the Pine Walk and it's only a 10-minute walk along the front to all the restaurants & bars & beaches. The complex is very secure & the pool is lovely.

As you can tell - we really enjoyed our stay & would re-book without hesitation next time we stay in Puerto Pollensa. Thanks Maggie - your apartment & communications are brilliant !!!

Quality apartment and very well situated

This is a very nice apartment in a well maintained complex. The pool and gardens are immaculate, and the complex benefits for having a shop, bar and restaurant (with take-away service) on site.

5 minutes walk to sheltered little beaches with shallow water, ideal for young children. A pleasant 15 minute walk into the town and harbour.

The apartment is lovely, very well equipped for relaxing holidays. dishwasher, washing machine etc. Plenty of books, beach chairs, toys , games and beach toys for children. The beds and bedding were good quality and very comfortable, as were all the furnishings.

The private roof terrace with sunbeds, barbeque, shaded dining area, wonderful views, was the icing on the cake.

Would definitely recommend and would love to visit again.

as it says on the tin

I first used this property 3 or 4 years ago. After many disappointing rented properties in puerto pollenca, poor heating/air conditioning,bad electrics, basic kitchens/bathrooms, sub-standard furniture and beds and not always clean, I Googled appartments in this area and found this property advertised. At my first stay here in November 2010 I found the appartment to be spotlessly clean and as described on the web-site and everything worked bar a problem we had with the heating. As it was during the evening on a Saturday night I did not hold any hope of resolving the problem, but upon phoning the emergency out of hours number, within 20 mins oil heaters arrived and somone to fix the heating.

The appartment is within a minutes walk of the sea front and close to restaurants and shops. The roof terrace has all you need to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

Since our first visit, the heating/air conditioning has been replaced, a new kitchen fitted, new furniture and patio furniture and new television.

We have found the owner, Mrs Boyd, to do what it takes to make you holiday as tress free and enjoyable as possible
