Luxury top floor (6th floor) apartment with fantastic views of the mountains/sea and the village of Arroya de la Miel, from a private corner balcony. Situated in the Minerva complex with its lovely pool and gardens, the apartment which has recently been refurbished to a high standard, has a separate bedroom, living/dining area which will comfortably accommodate 4 people. Fully equipped American style kitchen and luxury bathroom. Satellite TV is included with all the usual English channels. A ten minute walk up the hill takes you to the small town Arroyo de la Miel where you'll find even more bars and restaurants along with supermarkets and a selection of shops. A short taxi ride or bus will take you to the picturesque old village of Benalmadena Pueblo, which its exclusive bars and restaurants. A short stroll down the hill to the beach and promenade will take you to the lovely marina or even walk a little further to the bustling resort of Torremolinos.

Apartment is in a very good position for the numerous bars and restaurants, 5-10 min walk up to Arroyo for the town and train station, 5-10 mins walk down to the beach. Apartment has everything you need for a home from home stay, very quiet at night so no problem getting to sleep. Would recommend.
Beautiful central apartment!
We had a wonderful stay in this gem of an apartment. All the comforts of home and spotlessly clean. Its central to everything with a supermarket, atm, and sports bar for the rugby just a short stroll away!! Go right and in about 10 -15 minutes you are at Benalmadena Marina which is stunning. Left and 5 minutes will take you to the main town. Pool complex is just fabulous. We loved our stay in Christine and Reggies apartment and will go again!
what an amazing holiday we had in this lovely complex, the apartment was super clean and very up to date. we had everything what we needed and we could not wish to have a better time.
We have just returned from a lovely 10 night stay at this beautiful apartment. Me and my husband and my two sons had a great holiday. The apartment is spotlessly clean with everthing you need for a self catering holiday. All equipment ie washing machine etc are modern and in good working order. The apartment was big enough for the 4 of us with plenty of storage space. The safe was a nice touch and also the aircon is great for 1 euro for two hours and it cooled the room down nicely on an evening for the boys sleeping. The pool was a hit with the kids and we never bothered hiring the sunbeds as there is plenty of space on the lovely gardens to sunbathe. The pool area wasn't too busy either especially with it being august school hols. Lots of nice places to eat and drink at a stones throw away also a few supermarkets. I would definetly recommend this apartment to anyone and will book again myself.
Activity and Interests
Just a ten minute walk away to the beach where there is paragliding, jet skiing and water sports etc available. Boat trips and fishing trips are available from the Marina or indulge in one of the many restaurants.
Malaga airport is a 15/20 minute taxi ride away. Car hire is not essential. Nearest train station is a ten minute walk in the village of Arroyo De La Miel.(Trains depart to Airport every 20mins.) Train from Airport to Benalmadena is 8 stops away in direction of Fuengirola, journey time 20 mins.
Bonanza Square with its many restaurants and bars is just across the road. The award winning Benalmadena Marina and 24 hour square are approx 10-15 minutes’ walk where you will find bars, restaurants, nightclubs and shops. The village of Arroyo De La Miel with its local Tapas Bars and restaurants and Tivoli World fun park with its amazing rides is located 5-10 minute walk away. Just a short stroll down the hill from the apartment you will find the wonderful La Paloma Park.
The central location of the complex means you are never far from all amenities. The town of Arroyo de la Miel, Tivoli World Fun Park where you can try thrilling rides or relax by the bars whilst watching one of its many excellent shows. The Teleferico de Benalmadena or cable car will take you to the peak of Mount Calmorro, more than 800m high in about fifteen minutes, where you will have the opportunity to enjoy the most exceptional views on the Costa del Sol, exhibition of birds of prey and Spanish dressage exhibitions. Try a visit to the ice skating rink in the village to cool off and a swim in the indoor pool. Within walking distance are the railway station, supermarkets, banks, tourist information office, post office, pubs and restaurants,mobility rental, launderette and internet cafe. Across the road from the complex is Bonanza Square with its many restaurants, bars and cafes. La Paloma Park and the Selwo Dolphin Park are a ten minute stroll down the road.and the nearest golf course and the casino are 2km away. Take a bus ride to the lovely mountain villages of Benalmadena Pueblo and Mijas approximately 25 minutes away or even a train to Fuengirola. Locally run coach trips will take you on a tour of Malaga centre or as far as a day in Gibralter. Try some scenic tours in Ronda or visit the beautiful lakes at the Parque de Ardales.

No more than 2 adults/2 children should reside in the apartment during rental period. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking with remainder payable 8 weeks before departure.
Changeover day is preferably Saturday or Sunday but can be flexible especially in the winter months. Please contact the owner to enquire. The arrival time is from 3pm and departure must be before 10.30am.

- Notes on accommodation: Strictly no smoking within the apartment. Hot/cold air-conditioning unit in the living room is run by a meter system at a cost of 1 euro for two hours. No more than 2 adults or 2 adults/2children to occupy apartment at one time. We welcome couples (sorry over 30's only), mature persons and families with well behaved children. No male/female groups, hen/stag parties. No pets. We reserve the right to refuse access/remove any persons who do not adhere to our requests. Outside: Top floor corner apartment with east facing balcony and views over the mountains/ sea and village of Arroyo de la Miel. Partial view to the lovely communal pool, gardens and coastline. The pool bar is open during high season and lifeguards will also be on duty at this time. There are well kept gardens surrounding the pool and sun beds are provided (charged locally). During mid/ low season the swimming pool may be only partially open. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bedlinen and bath towels are provided but not beach/pool towels. Apartment will be cleaned on your departure. Please note - if necessary we will apply an extra cleaning charge.
