Our comfortable, no-smoking, homely quad villa is ideally located within 5 minutes drive of 3 award winning blue flag beaches, the nearest being Campoamor and Cabo Roig and 3 championship golf courses Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin. The villa is overlooking a communal and children’s pool, with plenty of private space to relax and soak up the sun on the south-east facing patio, roof-top solarium and terrace. It is modern and fully equipped to a high standard and is within a 5 mins stroll to shops/bars/restaurants. Alicante airport is 45 mins drive and Murcia airport is only 20 mins away. We recommend car hire during your stay.

We have a strictly no smoking policy in the apartment. No all male or female parties under 25 years of age, and no pets please. Outside: Front garden with off-street parking & patio. Roof top solarium with panoramic views of the coast and surrounding area, and small terrace off master bedroom. A barbecue is supplied for outdoor cooking, along with table, chairs and umbrella. Sun loungers are provided for use on the solarium or outside spaces. There is a large kidney-shaped communal swimming pool in a beautiful gated green area with umbrellas and benches. Maintained on a daily basis, it is open 9am to 9pm between April-October - a key will be provided for access. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided. Property is cleaned between rentals, and a local payment of 65 Euros is required on arrival.

Good area and villa

Villa had good facilities and the area was good. Only 30 minutes walk to La Zenia shopping and restaurants. Local bars and restaurants very good especially the Street and the Avenue.

Probably best to hire a car to get around although there were lots of places within walking distance.

Communication with the owner was excellent and the key holder was very helpful.

A nice 3 bed house. American kitchen. Down stairs shower bathroom. Garden to front with side parking

This 3 bed house is a quad type. It is a short walk to the pool which is opposite about 6 houses away. It is not South facing so only got sun on patio in the early mornings and solarium in the day. It's a little tired...needs a repaint. Bed linen and towels fine. We asked for eatra heaters due to March being the coldest in years! They were brought straight round by key holder. It's on an inside road and parking car on drive was difficult at times due to neighbours leaving their car in the road opposite the drive as it's a loading only street. It's a short walk to bars and restaurants of which we found the new Belgium bar very nice. The Soul Kitchen is fabulous and the Indian early bird menu is only €9.99.....we like this area of Lomas d's Caboroig because it's easy to drive to beaches...of which we like Mil Palmeras the best. Aldi food store on the estate also and a garage. They are building a new shopping complex on the estate too.

Nice house whit lots of space in sunny spain

We really enjoyed our vacation in this House. There is enough place the beds are comfortable and the swimming pool is near by.

Reasonable but with reservations.

Enjoyable stay in Cabo Roig, we really like the area and love the coastal walk. Plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. A car is recommended to get around. The property was comfortable but there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the ground floor area. The master bedroom and main bathroom are lovely and bright. However, the air conditioning unit is above the bed head and drips on you while sleeping which is alarming, so we had to switch it off. We did email the key holder but no reply. Kitchen area was ok but needed a good wipe round before use.

Our property is advertised as no-smoking (and no pets), so we are disappointed this has not been followed by previous tenants and we have arranged additional cleaning to sort out the problem. Cabo Roig 2015

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment suited us perfectly. The pool was very close by too which was a big bonus!! The neighbourhood was very quiet also. Best features of the apartment were the roof top views and relaxing on the ground level balcony at night. Cabo Roig beach is very short drive away and had very safe and calm waters for our young family. I would highly recommend this property. We will be back👍👍👍

There are 3 beaches within a 5 min drive all Blue Flag with white sand making it an ideal location for families. Pedalos can be hired at the Cabo Roig beach in high season. However, if you are after something a bit more adventurous, Jet Ski's and Banana rides are available at La Zenia. The newly refurbished Cabo Roig marina is also only 5 mins way.


20 mins from Murcia (San Javier) airport. 40 mins from Alicante airport. Whilst it is not essential to have a car, as there is plenty to keep you occupied, it is recommended to have the use of a car to get full benefit from the area.


The busy town of Torrevieja is a 15 mins drive. It has numerous shops, restaurants and bars and also a marina, promenade and Aquapark. There are a number of historic cities within 1 hour drive - Murcia, Cartagena, Orihuela, Elche & Alicante. La Manga and the Mar Menor are well worth a visit.

Aldi's is the local supermarket and is within 300m. You will also find several places to eat out, wine bar and a tea-room on this complex. Further along (200m) is Alfie's bar, Auld Dubliner (an Irish pub), a florist, hairdressers, and an Indian restaurant.

Within a few minutes drive, there is a large area called the 'Golden Strip' where all the night life is.
