Just returned from a week in this apartment. this has everything you need to be comfortable whilst on holiday. Newly refurbished with all mod cons. Very clean and modern. the beds are great which is very important to me. The apartment has a view of the pool and is next to the pool so easy to pop up for a drink. the sea views are nothing less than stunning. the location is right in the center of PDC but no noise so the best of both. All in all a huge success. we will be back.

fantastic 2 weeks stay in a wonderful apartment
Just back from a fantastic 2 weeks stay at Peter and Sharon’s lovely apartment. We stayed in this apartment last year and rebooked it for this year as we knew the apartment was finished to a high spec and spotless. Peter and Sharon have thought of everything to ensure you have a comfortable stay in their home away from home. The apartment is very central, close to all the shops and restaurants but set back 1 row from the street which means there is no noise during the day or at night. The balcony has amazing views over the Grande Playa Beach, we spent quite a few evenings relaxing on the balcony enjoying the view with a chilled glass of wine. The apartment is in a small complex with a shared pool, this is cleaned every morning. The complex is a mixture of residential apartments and private rental apartments which means it’s well maintained and has a nice family atmosphere around the pool. There is also the added bonus that you don’t need to be up early to get a sunbed, the apartments all have their own sun loungers and are padlocked with keys. You will be provided with the key for your lounger on arrival. Peter and Sharon have put together a very comprehensive welcome pack which they send out via email when the final deposit has been paid. The pack provides directions to the apartment, recommendations for restaurants including directions to get there, and emergency telephone numbers should you need them. All in all they provide a fantastic customer service experience, I would not hesitate to recommend the apartment. Unfortunately the apartment is already booked for the dates we wanted for 2017 but we hope to return in 2018.

And it has everything you need to enjoy your stay we ate out most nights but if you fancy a
change it has a fully equipped kitchen and there is plenty of restraunts that do take away would certainly book again.
Fantastic apartment in fantastic location
Just back from a glorious fortnight at Peter and Sharon's apartment. We chose this complex as we had stayed on it before and like the location as it is so central and yet so peaceful, we selected this apartment as it looked so lovely in the photos. On arrival the apartment was exactly as we expected and more - the views from the lounge and balcony are outstanding. The apartment was immaculate on arrival and bedding and towels were all refreshed mid stay. An absolutely gorgeous place to stay. Peter the owner was a real pleasure to deal with and was very accommodating when we had to alter our original booking dates. We will definitely be back and have no hesitation in recommending the apartment. What you see is what you get and it is fantastic.
1st Class Apartment
I have stayed in a lot of high quality apartments, and this apartment is up there with the best of them. It is like a home from home and has everything need to make your stay relaxed and enjoyable including air conditioning, internet and full UK and Sky TV packages. The view from the balcony was fantastic, and overlooked the pool and resort. Close to all the shops, bars and restaurants but no noise from the surrounding area.
i have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone who like quality and comfort when on holiday.
Peter was spot on with his description of his apartment and its location! The information he gave on the area was excellent.
The apartment and its surroundings were kept very clean and tidy and was finished to a high standard.
The view from the balcony was superb, overlooking the pool and sea views.
The central location was perfect for all the bars and many restaurants.

“A place became available and we bought it in May 2011 where upon we have undertaken a huge refurbishment. The location is the key to the whole complex. Which is front line but so peaceful. Where upon you have the choice of an action packed fun filled holiday or the tranquil surroundings of a lazy holiday relaxing. Making it a perfect location for families with children or couples looking for that ideal getaway. All we ask is you enjoy your holiday stay and look after the place so we can all enjoy it and come back for a good few years to come. We are non smokers, but realise people do, so no smoking in the bedrooms or lounge and condone it on the balcony if any.”

Special circumstance cancellations suffices, with small fee applicable.
Check out is 10:00hrs and the apartment is available from 12:00hrs. Early arrivals sometimes the cleaner will be finalizing and thank you for understanding this So it is immaculate and the usual standard for you.. Please try and advise at time of booking. Due to one airlines flights have got earlier.
This is reliant on incoming guest times. In most cases, guests like to pay for an additional day or late departure fee at the time of booking to guarantee the transition when they have late departure or night flights.. Unfortunately booking of late departures and luggage storage cannot be arranged later due to pre booked follow on arrivals and cleaning schedules..

“The overall view from the balcony really gives it that WOW factor upon arrival. It is full length 180 degree sea views. The total refurbishment has given it a modern make over with brand new furnishings throughout every room, which is finished to a very high standard. From the king size bed, luxury modern bathroom with walk in shower, fully fitted kitchen and appliances, breakfast bar / diner, modern lounge with 2 x 3 seater settees, 42" HDTV with 65 channels including BBC, ITV, CH4, CH5 Irish channels and sports. The lounge leads off to the balcony with a table and four chairs, where you can alfresco dine, socialise, read, take in the sun or watch the children in the pool directly below. The overall position of the apartment gives it a great location on this lovely friendly complex.”
