Why Peter chose Tías

A place became available and we bought it in May 2011 where upon we have undertaken a huge refurbishment. The location is the key to the whole complex. Which is front line but so peaceful. Where upon you have the choice of an action packed fun filled holiday or the tranquil surroundings of a lazy holiday relaxing. Making it a perfect location for families with children or couples looking for that ideal getaway.

All we ask is you enjoy your holiday stay and look after the place so we can all enjoy it and come back for a good few years to come. We are non smokers, but realise people do, so no smoking in the bedrooms or lounge and condone it on the balcony if any.

What makes this apartment unique

The overall view from the balcony really gives it that WOW factor upon arrival. It is full length 180 degree sea views. The total refurbishment has given it a modern make over with brand new furnishings throughout every room, which is finished to a very high standard. From the king size bed, luxury modern bathroom with walk in shower, fully fitted kitchen and appliances, breakfast bar / diner, modern lounge with 2 x 3 seater settees, 42" HDTV with 192 channels including BBC, ITV, CH4, CH5 Irish channels, Music, Kids channels and sports. The lounge leads off to the balcony with a table and four chairs, where you can alfresco dine, socialise, read, take in the sun or watch the children in the pool directly below. The overall position of the apartment gives it a great location on this lovely friendly complex.

"Great Apartment"

Just returned from a week in this apartment. this has everything you need to be comfortable whilst on holiday. Newly refurbished with all mod cons. Very clean and modern. the beds are great which is very important to me. The apartment has a view of the pool and is next to the pool so easy to pop up for a drink. the sea views are nothing less than stunning. the location is right in the center of PDC but no noise so the best of both. All in all a huge success. we will be back.

We don't condone smoking in the apartment and realise people do smoke, so if the need arises please use the balcony and ashtray only. Pets re not allowed. I have rented various accommodations in the past and have never left a review, however, feel that in this case, it is a must. We were a family of 4 which included 2 teenagers, staying for 3 weeks. The accommodation was of ample size so not be under one another's feet, and the balcony gave added space. The apartment is modern, clean, and has everything you need. The grounds and pool are maintained on a daily basis.

We have stayed in the area previously, but not so close to the main strip which could have been a cause of concern, however all the previous reviews were correct, and you do not hear anything to keep you awake at night.

The communication with Peter is superb, with a really thorough information pack provided, which I recommend you take advantage of, especially the restaurant recommendations. We did have a tiny TV issue, however Dean who is on location, sorted over text, but was on hand if needed.

I would 100% recommend this apartment and owner, and will certainly be looking to visit again, but not in 2018 as already booked ☹️. An excellent choice!

Lovely clean home from home.

In a central location just back from the sea front road, yet in quiet complex with no noise from the bars etc... Fantastic views from the balcony. Lovely relaxing pool, sun bed area. We will be returning.

'Wonderful Property'

Stayed here for a week in the middle of February and could find NO fault with this property or the owner. From the initial booking to the end of the stay, everything was spot on. Fantastic location, beautiful clean property, everything you could wish for was provided....and more! We have rented a few properties over the years and this is one of the best! Thank you, Peter, for providing us with all the recommendations for eating out.... we tried a few of them and they were fantastic. We will hopefully be back next year!

Price: £358 or Euro equivalent per week (7 nights - 2 persons). Additional £15 per person per week over and above two people. Just £13.75 pppn on full occupancy. No peak high seasonal price increases. Payments: TT bank / internet transfers, sterling SWIFT / CHAPS / CHEQUE IN THE POST. £100 pounds deposit secures booking. 6 week transfer of balances prior too arrival date. Special circumstance cancellations suffices, with small fee applicable.
Changeover Day:
Check out is 10:00hrs and the apartment is available from 12:00hrs. Early arrivals sometimes the cleaner will be finalizing and thank you for understanding this So it is immaculate and the usual standard for you.. Please try and advise at time of booking. Due to one airlines flights have got earlier.
This is reliant on incoming guest times. In most cases, guests like to pay for an additional day or late departure fee at the time of booking to guarantee the transition when they have late departure or night flights.. Unfortunately booking of late departures and luggage storage cannot be arranged later due to pre booked follow on arrivals and cleaning schedules..
Notes on prices:
The price is £358 per week, based on 2 persons sharing and £15 per person per week up to 4 persons sharing. No seasonal price changes.
