Kevin Trewin purchased this bungalow in 2011
Why Kevin Trewin chose North Cornwall
We have farmed Lower Northcott since 1958 when our Grandfather bought it.
Guests have been welcomed at the Farmhouse since 1970 when it was run as a B&B by our Uncle & Aunt - and let out as a large house for the last 10 years...
Little Northcott & The Cabin were bought in June this year and completely refurbished to emphasise all that they have to offer.
What makes this bungalow unique
Guests staying at Northcott Farm can enjoy spacious living with own enclosed gardens with countryside onto coast views beyond and walk to the local beach of Northcott Mouth in under 10-20 mins depending on pace!
From there you can pick up the coastal path and walk into Bude in a further 15 mins or North to Sandymouth along the cliff land and at low tide back along the beach making it a great circular walk.
As an extra bonus guests can also drive up to Court Farm Marhamchurch and use the heated swimming pool (during the middle of the day when it is quiet) & other facilities, including tennis court, games room, indoor soft play area & outdoor childrens play area.

Activity and Interests
North Cornwall is one of the UK’s most popular holiday destinations and it’s easy to see why. The area has so much to offer, from stunning scenery and beautiful beaches to a host of activities and places to eat and drink.
We have fantastic attractions designed with younger visitors in mind for truly memorable days out. It is not necessary to spend a lot of money to enjoy a brilliant family holiday in our area. In fact, aside from the obvious draw of the sandy beaches and gorgeous countryside, there is an array of things to do for free in this part of the world. Finally, don’t despair if the sun doesn’t shine every day as there are plenty of activities to occupy little people and, as every parent knows, if the children are happy everyone is happy!

For guests staying at Northcott Farmhouse, the surfing break of Northcott Mouth is only half a mile stroll away along our farm lane. The property has plenty of safe storage space to store boards and wetsuits and we are happy to arrange expert surfing tuition or a surf safari with one of the local surf schools.
