Excellent villa, highly recommended

We stayed at the villa at the end of July (me, husband, 2 kids and my parents). The Villa itself provided an excellent base for holidaying in Albufeira, even though on this occasion we did not hire a car we found it's location to be ideal and within walking distance to some nice local bars, also not too far into Montechero and to the main strip. The villa is a beautiful accommodation with all of the facilities you need (especially WiFi!) and a lovely large pool with plenty of space for sunbathing and outdoor eating. We had a fantastic time, Fernando was a great help and I would most definitely return in the future.

Fabulous villa finished to a high standard and close to local amenities

Visited as a family of eight and found the villa to be ideal. High standard of finish, private but close to amenities (car or taxi) Large Pool area fantastic for relaxing and alfresco dining.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Faro at 27 Miles Nearest Beach : Oura Beach at 2.5 Miles Car: recommended

Coast/Beach:

If you do not want to hire a car there are many other ways of exploring Albufeira and the other local areas. There are 3 different bus routes, totaling 105 stops all over the city. Running from 7am until midnight throughout the summer season, the fare is around €1 for one trip.

There is also a train service, for those looking to go further afield.

The taxi services are relatively cheap, quick and safe, there are ranks in different points throughout the city.

Travel:

For Airport transfers visit taxies charge around €40.00 one way to Albuferia

There are also plenty of car hire companies.

Distances:

Albufeira started as a small fishing village is now one of the most well-known holiday resorts on the Algarve. It still holds some of its old charm in the narrow streets and white washed houses. The “Strip” is where the action happens, and this is more up-dated, modernised area of the town. There are bars, night clubs, hotels and a lot of activities.

Albufeira is 40 km west of Faro Airport.

Changeover days are Saturday. the villa and apartment must be vacated by 10am on the day of changeover and will be ready for the next guests at 4pm. 

Rental rates include water, gas, electricity, garden and pool maintenance, Maid twice a week change over & mid week, linen and towels.
Bookings are flexible.
