1 bedroom independent apartment in a small private Villa top apartment is not a rental and so you are assured of privacy on terraces and roof terrace. A/C, fully equipped including beach towels, brollies,tennis rackets and balls as located behind Nerja tennis club. Naricha is a small and peaceful urbanisation east Nerja located just beyond the sports centre. Has a large communal pool. Roof terrace has fantastic sea views built in barbecue and roof top shower.

About Patricia Thomas

My husband and I live in the UK but visit Nerja as often as possible. We both work in the criminal justice system . We have two sons who are now away at university which gives us more time to visit Spain/Nerja.

We choose a home in Spain because its such a fantastic and diverse country with something for everyone. Whilst visiting Nerja we have taken the opportunity to explore Andalucia, the cities of Sevilla, Cordoba, Granada and the ski slopes of Sierra Nevada which are are all within easy reach.

Casa Cantus our Spanish home consists of two independent apartments across two levels. We only rent one apartment and it is our policy never to do so when we are at the property. Our guests can therefore be assured of sole use of the roof terrace and complete privacy when they visit.

Why Patricia Thomas chose Nerja

We believe Nerja is the perfect location which enjoys an excellent climate and can provide the ideal 'get away' at any time of year.

Nerja is a 40 min drive from Malaga airport and is easily accessed by great public transport links via a bus from the airport which runs every 30 mins and a coach from Malaga bus station at very reasonable cost.

Nerja is a busy working town which has retained the feel of 'Real Spain'. Situated on the coast where the 'mountains meet the sea' the town is surrounded by a nature reserve and is minutes away from white washed mountain villages such as Competa and Frigliana.

Throughout the year Nerja enjoys festivals, parades and fairs, concerts in the Nerja Caves and benefits from a cultural centre which welcomes artists and performers from across the world.

What makes this apartment unique

Casa Cantus is located on a small quiet urbanisation situated just beyond Nerja's Atletics/Sports Centre and indoor Swimming Pool, perfect for swimming and sauna's during winter visits. The urbanisation benefits from a huge communal swimming pool, toilets,changing rooms, beds shade and pleasant gardens.

Burriana Beach is a 10-15 min walk away as is Nerja town centre. There are a selection of restaurants, bars and Super Sol supermarket within the vicinity of the sports centre, minutes from our property. The town bus also stops at the supermarket.

Casa Cantus guests will enjoy a private terrace with table and chairs plus access to private roof terrace sun loungers, barbacue, table & chairs, shaded area & roof top shower.

There are magnificent views of the sea and mountains across Nerja.

Outside: Urbanisation Naricha is very pretty, garden area and flower beds throughout. Very large communal pool generally very quiet, toilets showers and changing room located here, Sun loungers and shade. Casa Cantus has patio furniture on private terrace, 4 sun loungers, patio furniture and built in barbecue on roof terrace. Roof terrace shower. Brollies and mats available for beach, tennis rackets and balls as very near to tennis club. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen provided - change of duvet covers and sheets available for guest to change. Sufficient towels for 2 week stay,washing machine and laundry products available. Beach towels provided. Cleaning & laundry in cost & undertaken at change overs. Other: Apartment terrace, patio furniture and spiral staircase to access Roof terrace which has 4 sun loungers, patio table and chairs, built in barbecue, plumbed in shower, electric sockets. A lovely property situated in a good position, with excellent facilities.

We had a lovely holiday at Naricha, enjoying good views from the roof terrace overlooking Nerja onto the Med, where we had BBQ and evening cocktails. We had breakfast on the balcony where it was cool in the morning. Overall the apartment was very well equipped and comfortable.

The pool is beautiful and very well maintained with immaculate toilet facilities, there are bars/restaurants and supermarket all within walking distance. One evening we walked into Nerja to experience the tapas bars, this took a leisurely 25 minutes stroll.

The owners were exceptional with their correspondence and assistance, we would highly recommend this apartment and would love to return.

Lovely flat had everything you could possibly need and more, super location. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Cantus. Patrica was most helpful and friendly all the way through the booking process, and provided us with comprehensive information on everything we needed to know. The flat is very spacious and well equiped, the location is in a lovely quiet very well maintained area, very close to two large supermarkets and 20min walking distance from the beach, and has parking facility. There is also access to a pool just by the house, we didn't use it but it looked very nice set in a nice garden area with sun beds. The house has two terraces, with great views from the roof terrace. We would highly recommed booking this property, both host and property exceeded our expectations.

Estupendo

Hemos pasado una semana estupenda en el apartamento de Patricia. El alojamiento tiene un buen equipamiento "nada falta". El apartamento esta muy limpio y tan agradable. Hay una terraza amplia con una pequeñita vista sobre el mar.

La dueña es muy simpática y amable. Recomiendo este alquiler.

Can I just also add my guests have access to roof terrace, not sure if Pascal used this facility. Here you have fabulous views to the sea and town. Pascal wrote We had a great week at Patricia's apartment. The accommodation has a good equipment nothing missing, The apartment is very clean and so nice. There is a large terrace with a small view over the sea. The owner is very friendly and kind. I recommend this rental.

Fabulous apartment

After returning from this apartment in 2014 we immediately booked again for June 2015. We love the roof terrace and all the apartment has to offer and it has the best shower I've ever had!!!. Short stroll to Super Sol supermarket and a nice walk into town. Great communication with Pat. Would definitely recommend

Fab Holiday

Just returned from a fabulous 2 weeks at Casa Cantus and I can't rate it highly enough!! Everything you need is provided for and the roof terrace is an added bonus. Great communication with the owner from start to finish. Highly recommended .. Can't wait to go back

Agréable Séjour

L'appartement est très bien, fonctionnel et tranquille. En septembre, la piscine était tout à nous. La mer à pied est à 25 min, il y a des parkings. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Il y a plein de choses à voir. Ne pas oublier de réserver les visites des sites car souvent il n'y a plus de places (grottes de Nerja, Alhambra de Grenade, ....).

lots of beach restaurants, shops and activities and home of the famous Ayo's renowned for his paella, cocktail bars and night life.

3 beaches located around the town centre area 10 -15 mins driving.

Maro beach 10 -15 mins driving.

Travel:

Malaga airport 45 min drive. Easy drive straight through on motorway

Granada airport 1hr 30 min drive.

Car hire recommended to explore area but public transport available- Malaga airport bus to Malaga coach station and coach to Nerja.

Bus and coaches to all places of interest in Andalusia from Nerja.

Further Details:

Nerja has a mouth watering selection and variety of tapas bars and restaurants, many provide free tapas at bar when you buy a drink, try a Tapa bar tour around the town and eat for free! info on Nerja internet sites. Some classy shopping for the ladies too! Town is great to stroll around and explore, discover a new street or bar every day ! Balcon offers fabulous views of coast and mountains. Banks and money exchange shops galore, shop around for 'no commission' rates.
