15 min drive from the airport, centrally located for all amenities.If you are not hiring a car, Stevies taxis are a two minute walk from the apartments. There is a shop (kiosk) located on site and this is open from six in the morning to twelve at night. There is internet access and ex-pat british tv with hundreds of new top rated films available at the touch of a button (free) There is a fridge, washing machine, Hair drier and so on. there is two patios , one a few steps to pool and one to small garden ,one double bedroom with large wardrobe space , bathroom with bath and shower . fitted kitchen , and large lounge \diner with double sofa bed very easy to open , front patio with large table and chairs ,overlooking pool

Hi We are Sue & Chris Dixon. Just your average middle aged couple trying to live the dream like so many others, Hence the 2 apartments in Cyprus. We have met many of the local people (some a bit wacky) & find them to be very warm & hospitable. Cyprus has a lot of english touches, for example, They drive on the left, Most speak our language (Thank god) No problem getting directions here. We live quite busy lives here in the uk so as you can imagine, it's such a relieve to come out here & just chill. We run a cleaning company here in the uk, & we apply the same cleaning standard to both our apartments. We both know the horror of finding a not so clean hotel room or apartment, Well, if you book with us ,we hope you love it here as much as us.

Why Sue or chris Dixon chose Paphos

The Diana 52 complex is only a 20 min walk to the harbour & front, 10 min to Bar street, No need for a car if you want to stay local. In the past we have stayed in the more remote area's & found it very time consuming & expensive to keep ordering taxi's. Diana 52 is just outside the busy area (bar street) So no long trudges for us. There is a complex shop on site which is open from 6am till midnight. Buying here was absolutely the right decision.

What makes this apartment unique

Both apartments have wonderful pool views, The rooms are air conditioned. They both have internet access, British ex-pat tv (no need to miss your favourite soaps) Hundreds of the latest movies at the touch of a button. Fridge, w/machine, Hair drier & so on.
