Excellent House

The house was excellent, Beautifully decor through out. Clean and nice and airy. Patio area was great too .Beds very comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space and plenty of hangers to. There is a folder left on the sideboard, welcoming you, with useful numbers, you may ever need and details on how to use the equipement ( cooker,washing machine, sun loughers ).Towels are provided as well. Was really nice to come back to after a day out and about, the house just made you feel really relaxed. Complex,pool and bar ,Great.

I booked this for my partner`s 50th birthday. He was thrilled with it. We both had a great time staying at this gorgeous house. We had freinds staying near by, they popped round with a bottle of champagne and they loved the whole house too. We all sat on the patio ,early evening to celebrate his 50th before going out for a meal. Fab bars and restaurants near by.

Very nice, very clean, much better than any hotel

The house was as described and pretty much as the photos, new outside furniture, double bed positioned differently to photo but all in all what you see is what you get. large rooms, plenty of seating, large tv with decent range of channels, dvd player and a hifi to keep you entertained. The patio gets sun most of the day and for that last hour you also have the upstairs balcony. Fully equipped kitchen should you wish to really go self catering, too many nice restaurants nearby for us to do this, and what we found really useful was the washing machine, no smelly socks to take home :) The location is great, leave the complex, turn left and at the roundabout turn right down the hill and you'll find some fantastic restaurants and a great beach (Porto Colon) of you can walk straight at the roundabout for the same beach. Our bedding changed after a week and Uwe is on hand if you need anything else, we needed more towels so next morning he dropped a bag off so we only had to wash them every other day :) Only niggle is the glass in bathroom is clear so if you bath at night the dog walkers on the road above might get a nice view, no probs with the shower though. All in all a very different way to holiday if your only used to hotels but one which will will most definitely look at again, just so much better than a hotel room, would stay here again in a heartbeat

what a lovely house and location everything you need ( just needs a bbq ) clean and beautifuly decorated . pool and bar area very good . when you walk out of the complex your spoil for choice for bars and restaurants ideal location

Were from 16.07 till 02.08. The key was waiting for us in the closet near the entrance. The apartment is fully as in the photo. The kitchen is fully equipped. Hot water all the time. No air conditioning, but it is not needed. Cool at night and during the day we traveled. This is a feature of Tenerife. Excellent location, easy access to all sides of the island. New pool with warm water, open until 10 pm, but you can get there and later, it is easy to open. 7 minutes to the beach Colon (back to the beach to walk up the hill, but it is useful!!!), around the corner is great Mercadona (there is a lot of fresh fish and meat - the best choice), near the Garden Tinerfe free place under the car, the place is always there. The place is very quiet, no outsiders. Bed linen is changed every Monday. One small minus - the doors inside the apartment with holes and hear everything they are doing in the next room ))) The rooms are small, the beds are comfortable. There is a safe. On the terrace there is a lot of plants, very beautiful. There are sunbeds on the terrace, we sunbathed topless, no we did not stop))) Overall, we really liked it. On the day we could leave at any time, it is very good. Booked in February, paid through with PayPal 50% and and 50% in early June. Just get the information about the arrival of your e-mail. Unfortunately due to property insurance children under the age of 7 are prohibited. This clause is mainly due to the first floor balcony.

Siam Park a 10 minute free bus ride from location of property. All water sports available at Porto Colon. Diving, Deep Sea Fishing, Paragliding and numerous boat trips. Entertainment and Day Trips are all very accessible. The property is situated close to Commercial Centro San Eugenio, shopping, restaurants, banks, cash point machine, medical facilities, taxis, public transport and car hire. Los Cristianos and Playa Las Americas are in close proximity to San Eugenio (5 kilometers).
