Quiet location, stunning panoramic views, 5 minute walk to new high-speed lift & all good bars & restaurants

A cosy two story (duplex) chalet apartment, ideal for 4 people but can sleep 6 (max). Only a short 5 minute walk to the new hi-speed Le Diable chairlift.

3 separate sleeping areas, living room/kitchen & separate bathroom/toilet (bath & shower).

The best view in town. Large glass floor to ceiling walls. Spacious south facing balcony & communal garden below. Nestled in the quiet & rustic old part of L2A (south end) near all the best shops & bars. Discount on ski passes offered to all my guests.

Bedrooms:

The split level apartment sleeps 4/6 people in 3 separate sleeping areas: 1x upstairs bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed). 1x upstairs open mezzanine with a double bed (clic-clac) & 1 bunk-bed in the alcove (coin du nuit with 2x single beds), in the entrance downstairs.

Bathrooms:

The bathroom is newly renovated with a deep bath and a shower head, modern sink and cabinet. The toilet is separate to the bathroom.

Kitchen:

Newly renovated, the kitchen is open plan and consists of an electric 4-hob cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric toaster oven, kettle, toaster and coffee machine + all appliances needed to cook a great meal at home.

Living Room:

Exposed to panoramic mountain views, the open plan living room has a dining table (seats 6), double sofa bed with 2 cosy puffs that make a comfortable L-shaped couch to rest after a hard day skiing. There is also small TV and DVD player with USB to play movies.

Location:

Situated in the quiet and rustic old part of Les Deux Alpes at the south end of town. Very peaceful but just a short 5 minute walk to the new hi-speed Le Diable chairlift, shops, restaurants and all amenities. All the best bars are in the south end of town - not the 'center'! The apartments is located at the bottom of a steep road that can be troublesome to drive if a lot of snow (takes 5 mins to walk... high speed lift at the top of the road).

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:

On arrival you will be met by Sarah who is my manager in resort. She will check you in and check and clean apartment after you have left. Linen and towels can be rented direct from Sarah for an additional charge of 15Euros/ person. She can also arrange any wine, bread, coffee or anything else that you would like waiting for you.

Amenities/Facilities:

Off-street parking, Garden, external ski locker downstairs below the entrance to the apartment (but it is just as easy and safe, to keep your skis on the balcony).

Accessibility

Although the roads are cleared of snow regularly, chains or winter tyres are recommended to drive around town when there is new snow. The short road down to the apartment is quite steep at the top and parking is available at the top of the road if there is too much to descend. There is also on-street parking next to the apartment.

The apartment is also a 5 minute walk from the main free bus that circulates town (the navette). The apartment is accessed by an external staircase of c. 10 steps. Inside the apartment the mezzanine and bedroom is accessed by an internal staircase.

Outside

There is a large south facing balcony with breathtaking views over looking the communal garden. There garden gets the sun all day and enjoy your lunch on the communal picnic tables.

Guest access

* 5 minute walk to all the best shops, bars and restaurants

* 3 minutes from the local bus stop (Navette) which is free and runs a shuttle service around town.

Interaction with guests

You will have a manager in resort, Sarah who will meet you to check you in and help you with anything that you need for your arrival or during your stay.

Other things to note

It's all about the view and feeling like you are in a mountain chalet.

If there are 6 of you, it will be cosy and you should shorten your showers! The apartment does sleep 6 people but again, review your sleeping arrangements as there are double bed options not 6x single beds.

My love of the mountains brought me to Les Deux Alpes where I could snowboard all winter and summer long. Unfortunately my job has taken me away from the mountains but that's good for you guys as you can stay in my beautiful chalet apartment. The view is exceptional and I hope you have the best holiday. Why Alexa Hohenberg chose Isere

Les Deux Alpes is a magical place and my apartment sits just above a 1000m cliff, offering the most spectacular views. In winter you can enjoy whatever terrain you seek, be it steep and deep or soft an gentle...there is even the World renowned terrain of La Grave just off the back of Les Deux Alpes. In summer you can ski and snowboard and play golf or mountain bike in the afternoon. If you want to relax by the lake there are plenty of those too! It really offers everything for an action packed holiday winter or summer.

What makes this apartment unique

Feel like you are in a mountain cabin high in the alpine. You will lose you breathe every time you see the ever changing view. It is exceptional.

The chalet is excellent, we fell in love with the place immediately, it had everything we needed and more, tidy, clean, warm and so welcoming. The view, what can you say the girls were beside themselves waking up to a breathtaking vista every morning.

In a quieter part of town but still close to the ski lifts, shops etc.

Really good value for money too.

Nothing after 10 weeks prior to departure. The balance payment must be paid in full 3 weeks prior to your departure and is non-refundable.

Changeover Day:
Change over day is generally on the Saturday and the check-out times are at the latest 10 to 10-30am and the check-in times are from 3.00pm. Week-end breaks and mid-week change over days are also accepted, as we try to be as flexible as possible.

Notes on prices:
Prices shown are per apartment per week on a self catering basis. Included in the price are all utilities,basic cleaning products and end of stay clean. We accept payment in € Euro by bank transfer. A damage deposit of €300 will be taken on-site by Sarah my manager.
