This luxury villa is embraced in a beautiful garden on several levels, with the pool surrounded by a tasteful patio next to a luscious lawn. Trees include pomegranates, figs, oranges and lemons, roses, palms, olive, and numerous exotic plants and flowers. The tropical and mature landscaping provides an oasis feeling, with full and open views to the sea which is only about 150 metres away and about 100 feet below the level of the villa. There is a sandy beach just five minutes walk away. The long, spacious and elegant terrace off the living room, with views of the garden and pool, provides the perfect spot for alfresco dining in sun or shade, from breakfast to dinner, or while enjoying a glass of wine while watching a sunset over the sparkling Mediterranean sea. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to a long terrace with comfortable furniture, where even more stunning views can be enjoyed in total privacy. Inside, you can enjoy cool breezes through the sliding glass doors to the living and dining rooms.

About The Owner

Norwegians and Spanish who live in nearby Villajoyosa and have a small business there act as agents to serve tenants in order to assist with bookings and make their stay in the villa as convenient and comfortable as possible. The luxurious villa, which is a personal home, is one of the loveliest in the area, and relatively new. Juan the gardener comes every week to make sure the pool is well maintained and the beautiful garden neat and trimmed. All these people are on call throughout a tenancy to assure that all needs are provided for.

Why The Owner chose El Campello

The villa was built in 2000. It is a beautiful quiet area, right next to the sea and a lovely cala or beach (less than a five-minute walk), very close to the mountains, with easy access to nearby Campello and Villajoyosa and their shops and markets. The views of the sea are wonderful -- it feels as if the sea is part of the garden. There is also total privacy in the garden and villa.

What makes this villa unique

The benefits of the sun and relaxation around the pool, with the garden a perfect setting for children to play on the grass, etc. -- these are all splendid for relaxation and pleasure. It is a very healthy life there.

Notes on accommodation: The villa is suitable for families with small children. However, supervision is advisable outside in the garden and pool area. We warmly invite families to stay here. However, with smaller children we do strongly request that great care be taken around the furniture, glass sliding doors, and especially sliding screen doors. Outside: The lawn in the garden is ideal for children to play in, for games, and for just lying upon. The pool, which may be lit for romantic night bathing, is surrounded by a patio affording plenty of room for sunbathing, reading, etc. There is an outside shower with a tiled floor. There is an abundance of tasteful garden furniture for eating, lying down, and sitting. There is also a separate patio next to an olive tree for dining, enjoying evening sunshine, with a solid wrought-iron and mosaic-topped table. Enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset over the Mediterranean Sea. The figs and pomegranates ripen and are ready to be picked and eaten by midsummer; depending on the time, there are oranges and lemons to pick. Every week the gardener cuts the grass and services the pool. If you have the flexibility of timing, do not overlook the appeal of beautiful October and November here; the temperature is absolutely ideal, with little rain; the water temperature for bathing is still warm. Utility Room: Washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen included. Cleaning and laundry cost (before takeover) are charged at additional 105€ (required upon booking).

Excelente casa

Hemos estado 5 adultos una semana y la verdad es que la casa es magnífica y muy amplia y desahogada.

La habitación principal es super amplia y muy cómoda con una cama de 2 metros de ancha. Las otras 2 habitaciones tienen 2 camas cada una unidas y también están muy bien con un montón de armarios.

El jardín y la piscina son preciosos tal y como se aprecia en las fotos. En el porche se está muy agusto y es muy ancho. En las fotos no se aprecia.

La casa cuenta con todo tipo de detalles y tiene productos de limpieza de todo tipo y calidad para que no tengas que preocuparte de nada. También hay tumbonas cómodas, sillas de playa, etc.

A no mucha distancia está la cala Lanuza que es de arena y, de las que hay por la zona, es sin duda la mejor y con un chiringuito muy bueno. Se puede bajar andando (unos 750 metros) pero a la vuelta hay que subir cuestas que para gente mayor no son. Aún así, si se baja en coche hay sitio para aparcar y son 2 minutos.

El garaje de la casa no está habilitado pero en la puerta se aparca sin problema y apenas pasan coches.

Campello y Villajoyosa pillan a unos 10 minutos equidistantes en coche. La zona es muy tranquila.

Como puntos a mejorar diría: 1 que no tiene antena normal (es parabólica) por lo que solo se comen los canales españoles de la Primera y 2 que el wifi solo tiene buena señal en la planta de los dormitorios.

Con la agencia que gestiona la casa (VIASS) el trato fue muy bien en todo.

Casa muy recomendable.

As you walk down to the sandy beach along the lanes, the sea provides a breathtaking panorama. Take an evening stroll down a quiet lane to the beach, which is reached effortlessly in five minutes and is also quiet and ideal for children. At both ends of the beach there are rocky shelves (reefs) perfect for snorkeling and for diving into the pure blue water.


Alicante airport is 30 minutes by car. The nearest ferry port is Denia, reached in about 40 minutes by car.


Villajoyosa 5 miles. Campello 5 miles. Altea 18 miles. Alicante 15 miles. Benidorm 20 miles.

Further Details:

There is an electric tram station within walking distance that ensures that even without a car there is no sense of isolation because on it you can conveniently reach numerous places along the coast from Alicante to the south all the way north up to Denia. There are also bars and restaurants within walking distance. The hills and mountains are only 400 metres from this area and you can be up to the gorgeous mountains by car in twenty minutes where you will find many lovely villages, restaurants, citrus orchards, and paths for hiking, trekking, and just comfortable walking. All water sports are available at either Villajoyosa or Campello, each five miles away. In addition, there is a theme park, Terra Miticia, seven miles away, offering water slides, rides, and other numerous entertainments for children (and adults, too).
