Quality apartment in Los Gigantes, very peaceful location, 10 minute walk To The Beach
A very well-equipped one bedroom apartment with amazing sea views from the terrace across the Atlantic and towards the island of Gomera. The apartment is ideally situated in a quiet location with free on-road parking if you decide to hire a car. It benefits from being within walking distance of all amenities and the beach. There is a shared pool between just 12 apartments with sun loungers, which is heated between Oct-Apr. The terrace enjoys all day sun throughout the year and is perfect for alfresco dining. The apartment has free Wifi, UK TV Channels with choice of 32 channels, a 47" TV in lounge and 32" in bedroom together with DVD player. There is a large stock of DVDs for our guests to use during their stay.

We choose this property due its fantastic location, spaciousness and uninterrupted sea views and that it enjoys full day sun throughout the year.
The apartment is close to all amenities including the village, restaurants, bars and the beach. Everything is within a 10 minute walk.
The apartment benefits from a large terrace which is ideal for alfresco dining and is a perfect spot for watching the amazing Los Gigantes sunsets.

Great resort - fantastic apartment
We have visited Los Gigantes many times and as a result have stayed in many apartments, this is the best. Good quality furnishings both inside and out and a balcony which catches the sun until sunset. A few steps to negotiate but that's to be expected in this resort and adds to the view. Great Apartment and many thanks for a super stay 5 star all day.
Brilliant apartment with fantastic views
We had a fabulous time. Steve and Anne were extremely helpful throughout and made booking etc so easy. Mike, too, was a great help and was on hand to help with airport transfers
My husband and I have stayed at Annie and Steves apartment for 5years staying on average for 12 weeks. The apartment is wonderful everything you require is there for short stay or long stay. Wonderful terrace with sunshine and wonderful views. Mike and sue look after the apartment great couple always there for help if needed. I have booked for 6weeks stay next year so need I say more.
This really is a 5* apartment in every way.
Perfect location, amazing views, well equipped, huge sunny balcony, swimming pool & spotlessly clean. The owners Anne & Steve have thought of everything & the managers Sue & Mike are very very helpful & just a phone call away if needed.

This apartment has it all. Great views, huge balcony that gets the sun most of the day, large bright lounge & bedroom and a lovely bathroom. It is very well equipped and Anne & Steve have added lots of little extras that you wouldn't normally get in a rental property. The Italian restaurant nearby is excellent and also very affordable. We didn't want to leave.
Luxury Apartment, Great Location
Wow! what a find. A fabulous apartment which was extremely spacious and so well equipped. Beautifully furnished, walk in shower, spotlessly clean. The lounge and bedroom both had patio doors onto the terrace which was a fantastic size and had amazing views of the sea and the cliffs (great for watching the sunset). The apartment was set in a very convenient and peaceful location and just a few minutes stroll into Los Gigantes centre. Just a short stroll in the other direction was a lovely Italian restaurant, really friendly and great food. The apartment had an onsite pool which was a great size and not busy at all. We had a thoroughly relaxing holiday here and have already booked again for 2017!

Activity and Interests
There is a good selection of nearby beaches. The volcanic black sand beach in Los Gigantes is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Also within walking distance (15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car) are the blue flag beaches of Puerto Santiago and Playa de la Arena. Playa San Juan has a white sandy beach with excellent beach bar facilities and is 10 minutes by car.
Tenerife South Airport (Reina Sofia) is a 45 minute drive. Car hire is available at the airport and in the village. Taxis are readily available at the airport and are approximately 60 Euros each way. There is also a taxi rank in the village.
The local towns of Playa San Juan and Alcala are within a 15 minute drive or short bus ride.
There is a lovely coastline walk to Puerto Santiago (approx 1 km) and Playa de la Arena (approx 3 km).
The apartment is within walking distance of all the restaurants, supermarkets, tennis courts and the marina. In Los Gigantes everything is accessible on foot.
Daily fishing and whale/dolphin watching trips leave the marina. There is an accredited diving school in the marina offering courses for beginners and more advanced divers. Walking is very popular and organised tours can be arranged via agents in Los Gigantes. Just a few minutes walk from the apartment are pay and play tennis courts with an excellent restaurant.
There is a great selection of restaurants and bars all within walking distance. The picturesque marina is an excellent spot to enjoy a glass of wine or beer late afternoon. Most of the bars offer evening entertainment.

Bookings can be made by telephone or email, direct with the owner. A non- refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking and the balance paid 28 days before departure.
We are flexible on changeover days and ask for guests to check out by 10.00 am so that the apartment can be prepared for our next guests. Guests will be able to check-in from 2.00 pm.
Notes on prices:
The price is in UK pounds for two people per week.
Please note that for any bookings of less than one week (7 nights), there will be an additional charge of £65.00 for the check-out clean.
A 50% deposit is payable within 7 days to secure the booking and balance is due 4 weeks prior to holiday
