Villa in Naples, Gulf Of Mexico, Florida, USA - Quiet Location Within The Exclusive Foxfire 27 Hole Golf Community

A lovely bright and spacious traditional Florida home set in a very quiet cul-de-sac with just 5 houses surrounded by beautiful vegetation and gardens within walking distance to the Foxfire Golf and Country Club with its 27 hole golf course and multiple tennis courts and it’s vibrant social friendly community.

The first impression you get when walking into our beautiful home is how bright and spacious it is with its large open living spaces overlooking the private pool area and huge tropical private garden.

There are two open sitting areas, the first incorporating a spacious formal dining area for 6 people with an expandable dining table, with stunning views & direct access over the private screened pool area and garden.

The family room is spacious, bright & cheerful with TV, DVD, radio & a library of books, again with direct access to the pool area & overlooking the lovely garden from two sides through a large picture window and then through sliding doors leading to the pool area.

The lovely Master bedroom, directly overlooking and opening out to the pool area, has a superking-size bed (convertible into twin beds), large walk-in closet & large ensuite bathroom with sunken Roman tub, “his and her” separate vanity units & a spacious glass-screened shower.

The Second bedroom has a queen-size bed with walk-in closet, mirrored chest of drawers and overlooks the beautiful front garden. Its adjoining bathroom has a glass-screened shower as well as a large vanity unit.

The Third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a walk- in closet. It’s adjoining bathroom has a bath and shower over the bath as well as a vanity unit.

Each bedroom and its bathroom is set in a different part of the house from the other bedrooms and bathrooms so it feels like you have your own suite. All rooms have overhead fans.

The Kitchen which links both the sitting areas and also overlooks the pool area and garden is fully-equipped with a breakfast bar with granite work tops.

There is a separate utility room with an over-sized washer and separate tumble-dryer, sink and ironing facilities. There are plenty of racks to hang washing up in the utility room and in the garage.

Our Heated new swimming pool is south-facing, very peaceful, not over-looked by any neighbouring houses and overlooks our lovely lush garden. The Pool dining area seats up to 8 persons as well as 4 sunloungers and has a recently-renovated outdoor kitchen & bar area with sink and fridge.

Our home has High speed WIFI Internet throughout house.

Pool and garden service attend weekly. Cleaning service available upon request during your stay.

Our large garage has ample beach chairs, floats and tennis racquets to use at will

Because it is in a very quiet location surrounded by trees and in a quiet cul-de-sac of only 5 houses, walking distance to the Club House and the local shops and restaurants in Kings Way. Only 4 miles to the Downtown Naples beaches and pier.

Great villa in a lovely community

Spent a very enjoyable 9 days over Christmas and New Year. Foxfire is a very pleasant gated community and the villa itself has a large rear garden with mature trees at the rear which provides excellent privacy with a feeling of space. The lanai was down due to the summer hurricane, but this was not an issue at the time we were there, with no insects during the sunny days.

The interior layout really worked for us as a family - with everyone getting plenty of space and privacy - and 'grandad' able to watch premier league football when he couldn't sleep or didn't want to sit in the sun. Perfect.

Would certainly recommend and would happily return to the villa.

location is very good safe secluded and quiet and yet is only a few minutes from old Naples the property itself is well appointed and has everything you could require including a lovely pool. we have stayed there three times now and we would stay nowhere else.

A great get away from winter.

House met all expectations but required a car to access the many attractions of Naples. Nothing was in walking distance but it was a very pleasant area for walking, as exercise. Neighborhood was very peaceful and quite - sitting on the patio by the pool viewing the many beautiful flowers, lush plantings and watching and hearing the birds was a joy - particularly when thinking of the ongoing winter back North.

Everything and more than we expected

The property was lovely with a beautiful pool and well equipped facilities. It's position in terms of Naples itself was excellent - 5/10 mins to beaches, Tin City and main shopping areas of Naples.

We also used the gym at the clubhouse which was nice too.

Whilst in Naples we had good access to the I4 so getting to Everglades City etc was very easy.

We would stay again and have already been recommending to our friends and family.

The owner was also very helpful with questions we had prior to travel - thank you

A wonderfully spacious house in a quiet yet convenient location.

We have just returned from our third stay in this spacious and comfortable house and we plan to return again next year. The house suits us on many levels but the well equipped pool and dining area is exceptionally good as it is surrounded by lush gardens and is not overlooked. There has been a lot of upscaling of the house and equipment to satisfy the needs of today's rental market and the owners are very approachable and efficient if a problem does occur. The location is pretty unbeatable for downtown eating, beaches and shopping and the Foxfire golf course, sports facilities and clubhouse are of an excellent standard. Properties as good as this, in this location, are extremely rare, it truly is a gem!

We cannot accept liability for any third party claim, accident, damage or loss to you or your property or for any expenses incurred for any reason. In any event caused by Force Majeure, neither we, our agent(s), if any, nor any of their employees will be held liable in any way. It is your responsibility to ensure the property is secured at all times during your stay and that all doors and windows are locked when away from the property. You are advised to take out your own holiday & medical insurance. Please note that the availability and/or cost of facilities not comprising or directly connected to the property (for example, car hire and use of the Foxfire Golf Club) form no part of this contract and we make no representation in relation thereto. By completing this Booking you agree to be liable to pay for the cost of your telephone calls as well as any excess electricity used over and above USD 200. The Security Deposit will be used for re-imbursement of these telephone and electricity charges.

Substitution will be provided in the event that we elect to change the status of the property. Every effort will be made to provide comparable accommodation or you will receive a full refund with our sincerest apologies.

This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
