With traditional Floridian furnishings throughout, the house is extremely comfortable. There is a large bright sitting area, incorporating a formal dining area for 6 people, with stunning views & direct access over the private screened pool area and garden. The family room is spacious, bright & cheerful with TV, DVD, radio & a library of books with direct access to pool area & garden. Master bedroom, overlooks the pool, has a king size bed (convertible into twin beds), large walk-in closet & large ensuite bathroom with sunken Roman tub & separate shower. Second bedroom: queen size bed with own bathroom. Third bedroom: 2 single beds & own bathroom. Separate utility room with washer, tumble-dryer, sink and ironing facilities. Kitchen: well-equipped with breakfast bar. Heated over-sized pool is south-facing, very peaceful, overlooking lovely lush garden. Pool area seats 6 persons and has a brand new outdoor kitchen & bar area. High speed WIFI Internet available.

Comfortable and spacious in a quiet location.

The owner communicated really well, making things very easy for us. Good information regarding the property golf and Naples. It is located in a well maintained golf estate and really close to downtown Naples. It is easy to get to the beaches and food shopping is a couple of minutes away.

The house is spacious and very comfortable, lovely wood floors were new this year, other upgrades are in process making this wonderfully located house even more enjoyable. The outside area is exceptionally spacious for eating and lounging by the pool, we spent most of our time outside as it is not overlooked at all and surrounded by a large lush garden.

As golfers we made good use of the course, clubhouse and the facilities available to us. We will be returning for a 3rd visit next year.

Excellent holiday villa on golf complex

A comfortable 3 bed villa with its own swimming pool in East Naples which provided us with a very good base for a quiet and peaceful holiday.

Easy to get to, and well situated for easy access to all local places of interest, shopping, golf etc.

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac on an immaculately kept golf and country club complex (which is a gated community)

Property is not overlooked, in particular the swimming pool area.

Excellent library and wi-fi provision.

Owner was both helpful and efficient to deal with.

F1849 - Foxfire, Naples

Well equipped, clean, 3 Bed Villa, situated in a gated retirement community in Naples, Florida with a Golf Course and Tennis courts.

Local supplies served well by Publix supermarkets.

Beds were comfortable and bathrooms attached perfectly adequate.

Living Rooms were comfortable, clean and modern.

Kitchen, central to the property, was well equipped for self catering with the exception of the overhead ventilation fan on the Hob, which did not work at all, allowing cooking smells to permeate the property. No attempt was made to repair it.

Difficulty reaching local support since, although they were reachable by mobile phone, their advertised land-line was disconnected. We needed local help to fix the kitchen sink, on the first day, since it became detached from the marble work top due to inadequate screw fixtures. This was easily fixed and we were left undisturbed for the remaining two weeks.

Naples has plenty of good quality Restaurants, spectacular subtropical Botanical Gardens, currently having a new Reception facility built with a new Restaurant, a modest Zoo, too few Post Offices (USPS), too many shopping Malls and too many beaches blocked by enormous Hotels.

Old Town of Naples is attractive since it has been relatively unspoilt by modern commercialism, and has a famous Pier suitable for viewing sunsets with non-commercialised beaches and a variety of normal high street shops.

Weather was very hot at this time of year (September) with almost daily thunderstorms in the afternoon. Everglades visits were adversely affected by this and Indian reservation exhibits were poor, sadly.

It is your responsibility to ensure the property is secured at all times during your stay and that all doors and windows are locked when away from the property. You are advised to take out your own holiday & medical insurance. Please note that the availability and/or cost of facilities not comprising or directly connected to the property (for example, car hire and use of the Foxfire Golf Club) form no part of this contract and we make no representation in relation thereto. By completing this Booking you agree to be liable to pay for the cost of your telephone calls as well as any excess electricity used over and above USD 200. The Security Deposit will be used for re-imbursement of these telephone and electricity charges.

Substitution will be provided in the event that we elect to change the status of the property. Every effort will be made to provide comparable accommodation or you will receive a full refund with our sincerest apologies.

The property cannot be sub-let, shared or assigned

This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
