This 99m2 penthouse apartment is on the top floor of the much sought-after Boka Heights development in Dobrota. It is bright and airy with high ceilings, wonderful panoramic views and is not overlooked from any angle. It has its own large west-facing balcony with outdoor dining furniture and has stunning unobstructed views of the Fjord.

The apartment has full air conditioning/heating and is managed locally by English speaking staff. It has its own private parking space and access to the guests outdoor swimming pool (12m x 5m). This recently built apartment has been furnished and fully equipped to a high specification. Internet access (wifi) is also available.

The apartment is within walking distance of a local supermarket and a cluster of cafes and restaurants. The walled medieval town of Kotor, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a 5 min drive away or a 45 min walk along the waterfront. What makes this apartment unique

We really enjoy staying at the apartment. Most of all we enjoy sitting on the balcony in the evening with all the lights of the bay spreading out before us. The yachts and cruise ships coming into Kotor below us is just a beautiful sight to behold. The old town is a firm favorite and the fruit and vegetable market which is held at the outside walls of the town every morning is a great place to buy fresh produce. Local cheeses and delicious fresh fish can be purchased here also along with the best olive oil and seafood. Really great to sit outside at one of the cafe's in the old town and enjoy your morning coffee. We really love to go swimming in the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic a short drive away. It is our favorite to dive off the rocks into the water.

Everyday was a beautiful day in paradise

We have been travelling around Europe the past 3 months and this apartment was by far our favourite. Communication with Lucy and Sandra have been effortless each time which made our arrival that much smoother. Beware, there are 125 steps to get up the apartment, Filip was kind enough to help with our heavy baggage. However, each step was worth it! The apartment was clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen where we made most of our dinners. There is air condition in each of the rooms which was a God send since the average temperature during our 2-week stay was 36degrees Celsius. Now for the best part-- the view was really unbeatable. We spent all our meals at home on the balcony with the most awesome view of the sunset. Of course, I cannot leave out the amazing pool where we spent most of our days. Old town is about 1 hour walk but it's easy to get a taxi for 4-5 Euros. There are also several bars, cafes and restaurants nearby and on the water. The grocery store is avout 10-15 minute walk as is the delicious bakery. I miss it already and wish we were back.

Superfine apartment

The appartment was just like we expected, even more. View was amazing and our agent Filips service was very good and smooth. Everything regarding to house, accommodation and etc. was PERFECT! The whole family enjoyed staying at pool which was clean and deep enough.

Tourism and facilities in Montenegro itself is getting better little by little I hope in the near future.. Nice and interesting country and view though!

Very comfortable spacious apartment with a spectacular view

Lovely modern spacious apartment, nicely furnished with all needs catered for. We enjoyed the large balcony which has the most amazing views across the bay, took our breath away when we first saw it. A truly stunning spot for alfresco dining in a nice quiet location away from the bustle of Kotor. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Dobrota has a lovely waterside front with a selection of restaurants within walking distance, we can highly recommend Portun. Kotor is about 30 minutes stroll along the waterfront. Our host Lucy was very helpful and provided some useful information.

Kotor offers a great selection of restaurants, shops and bars and has a nice vibe. A walk up to the top of the backdrop mountain for stunning views is a must. Also, visit the small gift shop owned by the Kotor cat lady, close to the start of the mountain climb. All proceeds go to helping her look after the stray cats in Kotor, she's a lovely lady and does an amazing job. Horizonte beach is a nice sandy bay about 30 minutes away, with nice walks nearby. Would recommend getting a car to get the most of your visit. We didn't get time to visit the national parks, but we will be back!

Amazing property, stunning location

We are a family of 4 , with teenagers and this property was everything described. The views are absolutely stunning and because of the mountains the scenery seemed to change each day. The property itself was spacious,clean, well laid out and the double balcony provides the most perfect backdrop. The steps up to the property provided a good workout, but well worth it for the views. The pool area was perfectly located and clean and well cared for. Daniel from Remote Control who met us when we arrived, was friendly ,flexible and a mine of information - really helpful.

Montenegro itself was absolutely beautiful and the drive over the mountains to Cetinje , is a must , as it takes your breathe away.

We highly recommend the country, area and property and will definitely return.

Location

Special interest holidays:

The Tara Canyon, 2nd deepest in the world, can provide plenty of things to do for even the most active outdoor sports enthusiast and thrill seeker. Whitewater rafting, climbing, walking and horse riding can all be had in the most spectacular setting.

Coast/Beach:

Zanjice Beach, Jaz Beach and Blue Horizon beach on the Lustica Peninsula are 25 mins drive away. The Montenegro Riviera Budva, is about 40 mins drive.

Travel:

Montenegro Airlines fly to Tivat. Dobrota is 20 mins drive from Tivat. Or Dubrovnik, Croatia, an approx. 2 hour drive to Dobrota (off peak). Car Hire is available at Tivat and Dubrovnik airports. Once at Dubrovnik it takes approx 30 mins to get to the border(turn left coming out of airport)then a further 1 hour 50 mins max.to drive to Kotor. Either drive around the fjord to soak up the spectacular scenery or take the ferry from Bijela to Lepetane.

Distances:

Which ever direction you choose to take from Dobrota you will find places of interest. The beautiful Medieval town of Kotor is 5 min drive away or take a 15 min drive along the bay to the beautiful town of Perast with its famous islands or 30 min to Sveti Stefan. Budva for nightlife and partying is only 30 min drive away. Kotor itself has the largest nightclub in Montenegro. The old capital Cetinje is 1 hour away. Tara Canyon is 2 hours drive.
